Abstract

循显水表包括水表、智能显示仪,水表由水表基表、传感器组成,智能显示仪由壳体、电路板、电池、LCD液晶、按键组成,电路板与电池装于壳体内,电路板通过导线与电池相连接;电路板上焊有LCD液晶、按键,电路板上的微处理器与电源电路、信号采集电路、LCD液晶显示电路、按键电路相连接,信号采集电路的输出信号为微处理器的输入信号,微处理器的输出信号为LCD液晶显示电路的输入信号,按键电路的输出信号为微处理器的输入信号。循显水表属供水计量仪表技术领域,循显水表为管道井用户提供了一个理想的产品方案,实现了水表脉冲量循环显示功能;方便了管理部门的查表工作,从多方面起到了积极的作用。

背景技术
目前我国大多数地区用户计量水表还采用机械式水表,且大多数地区的用户水表均安装在用户家中,给抄表工作带来了诸多不便,随着一户一表工程的实施,水表从用户家中迁了出来,大部分的水表均安在管道井中,但管道井有一定的深度,且环境比较潮湿,安装机械式水表抄表不方便,如安装卡式水表抄表及安装环境均不适合,而无线水表的售价高于机械式水表几倍或十几倍,大多数用户又无法接受,三种方式均无法满足用户的需求。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种循显水表,以克服现有技术的缺点以及给用户和供气管理部门带来的各种不便和弊端。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采取的技术方案是,循显水表由水表与智能显示仪组成,其特征在于,水表由水表基表、传感器组成,传感器装于水表基表计数器上方,传感器通过导线与智能显示仪相连接;智能显示仪由壳体、电路板、电池、LCD液晶、按键组成,智能显示仪可挂于管道井口或管道井外,电路板与电池装于壳体内,电路板通过导线与电池相连接;电路板上焊有LCD液晶、按键,电路板上的微处理器与电源电路、信号采集电路、LCD液晶显示电路、按键电路相连接,实现水表脉冲量循环显示功能;信号采集电路的输出信号为微处理器的输入信号,微处理器的输出信号为LCD液晶显示电路的输入信号,按键电路的输出信号为微处理器的输入信号;微处理器具有数据存储功能;按键电路有加快循环显示的功能;一个智能显示仪可带十六路水表;传感器与智能显示仪连接导线可采用防潮性能较好的三芯信号线。本实用新型的工作原理及工作流程:水表有水流流过时,水表基表计数器转动,传感器采集脉冲信号,并将采集到的脉冲信号通过导线发送给微处理器,微处理器将脉冲信号进行数据存储,并通过LCD液晶进行显示,当查表人员急需调出某户表数时,可通过按键加快循显速度。
本实用新型的有益效果是:循显水表为管道井用户提供了一个理想的产品方案,此方案解决了因管道井有一定的深度,且环境比较潮湿,所带来的安装机械式水表抄表不方便,安装卡式水表抄表及安装环境均不适合,安装无线水表售价高及安装环境均不适合,这一实际问题,为促进一户一表工程实施起到了积极的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本循显水表由水表、智能显示仪组成,一个智能显示仪可带十六路水表。水表由水表基表1及传感器2组成,并要求按照图2要求进行组装。智能显示仪由LCD液晶3、电路板4、按键5、电池6、壳体7组成,并要求按照图3要求进行组装,将LCD液晶3、按键5焊于电路板4上,将电路板4、电池6装于壳体7内,为方便管理部门查表智能显示仪可挂于管道井口或管道井外。为实现循显水表的循显功能,电路板4上设有信号采集电路8、LCD液晶显示电路9、微处理器10、电源电路11、按键电路12,微处理器10与电源电路11、信号采集电路8、LCD液晶显示电路9、按键电路12相连接,信号采集电路8的输出信号为微处理器10的输入信号,微处理器10的输出信号为LCD液晶显示电路9的输入信号,按键电路12的输出信号为微处理器10的输入信号;微处理器10具有数据存储功能;按键电路12有加快循环显示的功能;当水表有水流流过时,传感器2采集脉冲信号,并将采集到的脉冲信号通过导线发送给微处理器10,微处理器10将脉冲信号进行数据存储,并通过LCD液晶3进行显示,当查表人员急需调出某户表数时,可通过按键5加快循显速度。

1.循显水表由水表与智能显示仪组成,其特征在于,水表由水表基表、传感器组成,传感器装于水表基表计数器上方,传感器通过导线与智能显示仪相连接;智能显示仪由壳体、电路板、电池、LCD液晶、按键组成,电路板与电池装于壳体内,电路板通过导线与电池相连接;电路板上焊有LCD液晶、按键,电路板上的微处理器与电源电路、信号采集电路、LCD液晶显示电路、按键电路相连接,实现水表脉冲量循环显示功能。
2.如权利要求1所述的循显水表,其特征在于,一个智能显示仪可带十六路水表。
3.如权利要求1所述的循显水表,其特征在于,信号采集电路的输出信号为微处理器的输入信号,微处理器的输出信号为LCD液晶显示电路的输入信号,按键电路的输出信号为微处理器的输入信号。
4.如权利要求1所述的循显水表,其特征在于,传感器与智能显示仪连接导线可采用防潮性能较好的三芯信号线。
5.如权利要求1所述的循显水表,其特征在于,按键电路有加快循环显示的功能。
