背景技术
现有木门分为实木木门和复合木门两种，实木门以天然木材加工而成，软硬适中，触感温暖，还有良好的声学性能和调温、调湿等功能，深受人们喜爱。但是，由于实木门是以全实木材料制成，还存在有易变形和易开裂等缺点。复合木门主要是将门框中填加复合材料，然后再在木门的前后层填加胶合板，由于表面涂胶，强力粘贴，所以环保性能差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供一种不变形开裂又很环保的橡胶木齿接(又称指接)实木门，本实用新型的技术方案是：
本橡胶木齿接实木门由左右两个门边框，上下两个帽边框，中间两个帽头以及三块门芯板组成。其特征在于门边框、帽边框、帽头和门芯板均由橡胶木齿接实木板构成。中间门芯板安设固定在门边框和帽边框的内侧中间，帽头的实木档子粘贴两根实木线条，两根实木线条中间预留槽，芯板斜边插在槽内，实木料和芯板斜边的连接处里外均粘贴一层集成材，集成材外设有实木贴片。
橡胶木实木齿接板是由特制的木工设备开出锯齿状，两个相邻的木条端的锯齿处涂上白乳胶，互相插入啮合而成的齿接实木板构成。这种结构消除了门体的内应力，避克将来使用中变形。由于橡胶木齿接板在加工过程，不使用脲醛胶，使用的是白乳胶，所以环保性很好。
橡胶木实木齿接实木门边框斜打线性并开槽，中间门芯板打斜线，门芯板斜线插入实木门边框线性槽内，这种结构使得门体的内应力得到了较好平衡，门体因此不易变形和开裂。
本实用新型具有环保，门体较轻、稳定性好，不易变形和开裂，制成的产品可获得较好的强度，具有坚实耐用的特点。

实施例：本橡胶木齿接实木门由左右两个门边框(3)，上下两个帽边框(1)，中间两个帽头(4)以及三块门芯板组成。门芯板安设固定在门边框(3)和帽边框(1)的内侧中间，其特征在于门边框(3)、帽边框(1)、帽头(4)和门芯板均由橡胶木齿接实木板构成。帽头(4)的实木档子(6)粘贴两根实木线条(7)，两根实木线条(7)中间预留槽，芯板斜边(8)插在槽内，实木料(11)和芯板斜边(8)连接处两面均粘贴一层集成材(10)，集成材(10)外粘贴实木贴片(9)。本实用新型具有环保，门体较轻、稳定性好，不易变形和开裂，制成的产品可获得较好的强度，具有坚实耐用的特点。
