Abstract
本实用新型实施例涉及一种应用于地面的LED显示模组，其包括设置有通孔的承重箱体，固定于所述承重箱体内侧并设置有若干从所述通孔穿出的LED灯管的LED灯板，以及设置于所述承重箱体内面与所述LED灯板之间的绝缘垫片，所述承重箱体还设置有用于固定拼装的加强筋，所述LED显示模组还包括依次铺设于所述承重箱体上表面的橡胶垫片以及夹胶钢化玻璃。因为采用了上述带有加强筋的承重箱体、橡胶垫片以及夹胶钢化玻璃的组合结构，使得其拼装简单且平整度优良，载重好，进而达到现有LED地砖屏维修简单，避免了接触不良的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED领域，尤其涉及一种应用于地面的LED显示模组。
背景技术
随着发光二极管（Light Emitting Diode，LED）技术的不断发展，LED显示屏越来越多地应用在室内、室外等多种场合。当应用于演艺舞台、走秀台、商业场所地面、阶梯或走道等地面铺设时，通常采用LED地砖屏，其由若干塑胶外壳的LED显示模组拼装而成，LED显示模组内置有多组LED灯管，而由于现在市面上的LED显示模组的结构设计存在缺陷，使得其拼装复杂，进而导致对LED地砖屏的维修困难，且容易出现接触不良的情况。
实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例所要解决的技术问题在于，提供一种应用于地面的LED显示模组，新颖的结构使得其拼装简单且平整度优良，载重好，以克服现有LED地砖屏维修困难、易出现接触不良的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，提供了一种应用于地面的LED显示模组，包括设置有通孔的承重箱体，固定于所述承重箱体内侧并设置有若干从所述通孔穿出的LED灯管的LED灯板，以及设置于所述承重箱体内面与所述LED灯板之间的绝缘垫片，所述承重箱体还设置有用于固定拼装的加强筋，所述LED显示模组还包括依次铺设于所述承重箱体上表面的橡胶垫片以及夹胶钢化玻璃。
基于本实用新型的一种设计构思，所述承重箱体中的所述LED灯板之间还设置中间隔板。
基于本实用新型的一种设计构思，所述承重箱体左右两侧以及所述中间隔板上开设有用于过线的长孔。
基于本实用新型的一种设计构思，所述承重箱体前后两侧设置有横向加强筋，左右两侧设置有纵向加强筋。
基于本实用新型的一种设计构思，所述橡胶垫片开设有用于露出所述LED灯管的灯孔。
基于本实用新型的一种设计构思，所述绝缘垫片为PVC垫片。
上述技术方案至少具有如下有益效果：
通过提供一种应用于地面的LED显示模组，其包括设置有通孔的承重箱体，固定于所述承重箱体内侧并设置有若干从所述通孔穿出的LED灯管的LED灯板，以及设置于所述承重箱体内面与所述LED灯板之间的绝缘垫片，所述承重箱体还设置有用于固定拼装的加强筋，所述LED显示模组还包括依次铺设于所述承重箱体上表面的橡胶垫片以及夹胶钢化玻璃。因为采用了上述带有加强筋的承重箱体、橡胶垫片以及夹胶钢化玻璃的组合结构，使得其拼装简单且平整度优良，载重好，进而达到现有LED地砖屏维修简单，避免了接触不良的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示，本实用新型实施例提供了一种应用于地面的LED显示模组，其包括设置有通孔的承重箱体1，固定于承重箱体1内侧并设置有若干从通孔穿出的LED灯管2的LED灯板3，以及设置于承重箱体1内面与LED灯板3之间的绝缘垫片4，LED显示模组还包括依次铺设于承重箱体1上表面的橡胶垫片5以及夹胶钢化玻璃6，如图3所示，承重箱体1还设置有用于固定拼装的加强筋7，这样，采用了上述带有加强筋7的承重箱体1、橡胶垫片5以及夹胶钢化玻璃6的组合结构，使得LED显示模组的拼装简单且平整度优良，载重好，进而达到现有LED地砖屏维修简单，避免了接触不良的问题；由于采用了橡胶垫片5，其可达到防滑、绝缘及减震的效果；另外，采用夹胶钢化玻璃6，其透光性能好，扩散性佳，且耐磨、防滑。
作为一种实施方式，承重箱体1中的LED灯板3之间还设置有如图3及图4所示的中间隔板8，因而能进一步增强承重箱体1的载重能力及平整度。
作为一种实施方式，承重箱体1左右两侧以及中间隔板8上开设有用于过线的长孔9。
作为一种实施方式，承重箱体1前后两侧设置有横向加强筋，左右两侧设置有纵向加强筋，加强筋为在承重箱体1之间进行拼装所用，每侧均设置加强筋，进一步增强承重箱体1的易拼装性能及平整度。
作为一种实施方式，如图5所示，橡胶垫片5开设有用于露出LED灯管2的灯孔10，解决了目前对LED地砖屏的观看角度太小的问题。
作为一种实施方式，绝缘垫片4可采用PVC垫片或其他绝缘材料制成的垫片。
以上所述是本实用新型的具体实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种应用于地面的LED显示模组，包括设置有通孔的承重箱体，固定于所述承重箱体内侧并设置有若干从所述通孔穿出的LED灯管的LED灯板，以及设置于所述承重箱体内面与所述LED灯板之间的绝缘垫片，其特征在于，所述承重箱体还设置有用于固定拼装的加强筋，所述LED显示模组还包括依次铺设于所述承重箱体上表面的橡胶垫片以及夹胶钢化玻璃。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED显示模组，其特征在于，所述承重箱体中的所述LED灯板之间还设置中间隔板。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED显示模组，其特征在于，所述承重箱体左右两侧以及所述中间隔板上开设有用于过线的长孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED显示模组，其特征在于，所述承重箱体前后两侧设置有横向加强筋，左右两侧设置有纵向加强筋。
5.如权利要求1所述的LED显示模组，其特征在于，所述橡胶垫片开设有用于露出所述LED灯管的灯孔。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的LED显示模组，其特征在于，所述绝缘垫片为PVC垫片。
