为了克服上述不足，本实用新型提供了一种新型组合型房屋框架，即作为房屋主框架的柱和梁采用矩形钢，屋面和墙体采用薄壁型钢组合桁架。该新型组合型房屋框架适合跨度大，多层或高层建筑。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：该新型组合型房屋由主框架柱和梁以及墙体构成，框架柱1和梁2采用“H”型钢或者矩形钢，墙体3为薄壁型钢组合桁架4。
