Abstract

节能取暖炉包括炉体、水套、进料口、炉条、出灰口和烟气出口、但在烟气出口上还设有上下两组热分离器,当火炉产生的废烟气通过两组热分离器时,大量的热能会被分离器的吸热片吸收。其设制上下两组热分离器之目的是使热分离器中的水流方向与烟气上升方向形成一种逆向迅速循环以达到节能之目的。

背景技术
目前民间所用的燃烧式取暖炉主要由炉体、水套、进料口、炉条、出灰口和烟气出口等构成。燃料在炉体内燃烧产生热能一部分被水套里的水吸收通过“对流”方式传入室内,但大部分热能被热烟气带走,由出烟口排放到大气中造成了极大的浪费,同时也污染了环境。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足而提供一种结构简单安全可靠节能环保百姓容易接受的产品,节能取暖炉,通过以下方案可实现目的: 
节能取暖炉,包括炉体、水套、进料口、炉条、出灰口和烟气出口,但还设有上下两组热分离器,其中每组热分离器均由若干个双层空心金属板式吸热片和下边的烟火通道重叠而成。本技术方案由于热分离器的吸热片可任意加减,所以能使热分离器达到最佳效果,其两组分离器的设计目的在于使热分离器中的水流与热烟气的上升形成一种逆向迅速循环而最有效的吸收废热达到节能环保目的。

结合附图对本实用新型做详细说明节能取暖炉。 
图1是节能暖炉结构示意图。 
包括:炉体A1、水套A2、进料口A3、炉条A4、出灰口A5、炉子烟气出口A6,其特征在于,还设有上、下两组热分离器(B),其中下面一组包括:烟火通道(B)1,下端与炉子的烟气出口A6相连上面与吸热片(B)2相邻。热分离器上端设有上水口(B)3下端设有下水口(B)4。其两组热分离器由两组的烟火通道接口(B)5相连。烟气由上面的热分离器烟气出口(B)6排出。 
图2是节能取暖炉的水流示意图:包括上一组热分离器(B)和下一组热分离器(B)和上、下两组热分离器的上水口(B)3与下水口(B)4。 
节能取暖炉在使用时冷水由上一组热分离器上水口(B)3进入,再由上一组热分离器的下水口(B)4流出,再从下一组热分离器的下水口(B)4进入,最后由下一组热分离器的上水口(B)3流出。本设计方案能使水流方向与烟气上升方向产生逆向迅速循环,所以可使效率达到90%以上与现有技术相比可节能50%。 

Claims (2)

1.一种节能取暖炉,包括炉体、水套、进料口、出灰口、炉条和火炉烟火出口,其特征在于,在烟火出口上增设上、下两组热分离器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能取暖炉,其特征在于所述热分离器每组均由多个,双层空心金属板式吸热片和设在其下边的烟气通道重叠而成。
