Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种复合多层次密封圈，包括有多层交替叠合的金属垫片以及非金属密封层，其特征在于：所述的金属垫片的两侧面上均设置有截面成锯齿状的密封面，所述的非金属密封层与金属垫片锯齿状的密封面之间凹凸嵌合设置。本实用新型具有密封性好的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种密封件，具体是指一种金属垫片与非金属密封材料多层进行复合的复合多层次密封圈。
背景技术
在现有的蝶阀的密封件中，经常采用金属垫片与非金属密封材料(比如石墨材料、石棉、聚四氟乙烯等)多层贴合进行密封，但是金属垫片与非金属密封材料的密封接触面是平面与平面加压接触密封配合，如图1所示，其中1′为金属垫片，2′为非金属密封材料，这种密封结构需要很大的螺栓紧固力才能实现密封，而且在实际应用中，这种密封结构，其密封性能可靠性差，而且由于蝶阀的碟版的径向尺寸结构限制，不允许无限制加大螺栓尺寸以提高紧固力，因此传统的金属垫片与非金属密封材料这种密封结构其密封性能还无法满足现实需要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺点和不足，而提供一种金属垫片与非金属密封材料密封结合性好的复合多层次密封圈。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是包括有多层交替叠合的金属垫片以及非金属密封层，其特征在于：其中位于中间的金属垫片的两侧面上均设置有截面成锯齿状的密封面，位于两侧的金属垫片的内侧面上设置有截面成锯齿状的密封面，所述的非金属密封层与金属垫片锯齿状的密封面之间凹凸嵌合设置。通过本设置，可以有效地提高了非金属密封层与金属垫片之间的密封面积，而且二者结合紧密型更好，密封效果佳。
进一步设置是所述的非金属密封层为柔性石墨层或海绵层或聚四氟乙烯层。
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步介绍。

具体实施方式
如图2-3所示的本实用新型的具体实施方式，包括有多层交替叠合的金属垫片1以及非金属密封层2，其中位于中间的金属垫片1的两侧面上均设置有截面成锯齿状的密封面11，其中位于两侧的金属垫片1的内侧面上设置有截面成锯齿状的密封面11，该密封面11的加工可以直接采用在环形金属垫片上冲出一道道环形的凹槽形成密封面11，所述的非金属密封层2与金属垫片1锯齿状的密封面11之间凹凸嵌合设置，如此设置可以有效地提高了非金属密封层2与金属垫片1之间的密封面积，而且二者结合紧密型更好，密封效果佳。本实用新型金属垫片1以及非金属密封层2的交替叠合的次数可以根据实际需要而设定，本是实施例在此不做具体限定，一般3-5层均可。
另外，本实施例所述的非金属密封层2为柔性石墨层或海绵层或聚四氟乙烯层。另外本实施例所述的金属垫片1采用不锈钢材料制成。

1.一种复合多层次密封圈，包括有多层交替叠合的金属垫片以及非金属密封层，其特征在于：其中位于中间的金属垫片的两侧面上均设置有截面成锯齿状的密封面，位于两侧的金属垫片的内侧面上设置有截面成锯齿状的密封面，所述的非金属密封层与金属垫片锯齿状的密封面之间凹凸嵌合设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合多层次密封圈，其特征在于：所述的非金属密封层为柔性石墨层或海绵层或聚四氟乙烯层。
