Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种增透型LED灯管,包括有灯管、设有LED阵列的电路板、设在电路板两端的灯座,在灯管内壁设有增透膜,该增透膜为氟化镁或氟化钙涂层。本实用新型减少了灯管内壁的反光,能增加灯管的透光率,降低对灯管材料的要求,因此不仅降低了生产成本,还能在一定程度上降低灯管内的温度。

本实用新型涉及LED技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种增透型LED灯管。
【背景技术】
LED以其诸多优点而越来越受众多领域青睐,在照明领域,LED节能灯正逐渐取代卤素灯和荧光灯的位置。现有的LED节能灯灯管,其结构主要包括有透明灯管、灯管内的LED阵列以及灯管两端的灯座,LED阵列一般都是设置在印刷电路板上。为了节省成本,大部分灯管多采用透明塑料制作而成,但这种灯管透光率较差。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述技术的不足,提供一种增透型LED灯管,本实用新型在灯管内壁设有一层增透膜,不仅提高了灯管的透光率,而且还能降低对灯管材料的要求,因此也降低了生产成本。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案来实现上述目的:一种增透型LED灯管,包括有灯管、设有LED阵列的电路板、设在电路板两端的灯座,其特征在于:在灯管内壁设有增透膜。
所述增透膜为单层或多层。
所述增透膜为氟化镁或氟化钙涂层。
所述灯管为透明的塑料管或玻璃管。
本实用新型采用以上技术方案所能达到的有益效果是:本实用新型在灯管内壁设有一层增透膜,能减少灯管内壁的反光,不仅能增加灯管的透光率,还能在一定程度上降低灯管内的温度。

为进一步阐述本实用新型结构和功能,以下结合附图和优选的实施例对本实用新型作详细说明:
如图1所示,本实用新型是一种增透型LED灯管,包括有灯管3、设有LED阵列1的电路板2、设在电路板2两端的灯座5,在灯管3内壁设有一层氟化镁增透膜4,该增透膜的厚度。为节省成本,该灯管3为透明的塑料灯管。
单层增透膜只能使某个特定波长λ的光尽量减少反射,对于相近波长的其他反射光也有不同程度的减弱,但不是减到最弱,对于一般的照相机和目视光学仪器,常选人眼最敏感的波长λ=550nm作为“控制波长”,因此,本实施例中氟化镁涂层厚度为137.5nm,这样既可最大程度增强人眼可见光的透光率。
本实用新型上述实施例和附图所示仅为本实用新型较佳实施例之一部分,并不能以此局限本实用新型,在不脱离本实用新型精髓的条件下,本领域技术人员所做的任何变动,都属本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种增透型LED灯管,包括有灯管、设有LED阵列的电路板、设在电路板两端的灯座,其特征在于:在灯管内壁设有增透膜,该增透膜为氟化镁或氟化钙涂层。
