Abstract
潮间带波浪能发电系统属于波浪发电技术领域。其特征是:主堤为基础稳固的坝体,主堤上设有蓄水池,升浪槽是主堤中部底面倾斜呈下宽上窄的梯形水道,升浪槽顶部被蓄水池呈“凹”形包围,下方与聚浪堤对接,聚浪堤是对称建在主堤外自迎浪面向升浪槽顶部渐高、外宽内窄的喇叭形堤坝,出水管与水斗水车的水斗相对,水斗水车通过主轴与水车支架铰接固定在主堤上,在水车的注水一侧固装有弧度与水车外沿弧度相同的半圆形挡水板,挡水板固装于主堤上,挡水板略宽于水斗边缘,与水斗水车有隙半包,水斗水车上装有同步带轮,同步带轮通过同步皮带与发电机连接,皮带绷紧轮固装于发电机支柱上与同步皮带滚动接触,发电机固装于高于海水的支柱上。

技术领域
潮间带波浪能发电系统属于波浪发电技术领域。
背景技术
《波浪能发电系统》发电技术。通过收缩水道抬高水位,使海水进入蓄水池,池内的水经出水口注入水斗水车,利用水斗内水的重力带动水车转动,带动发电机发电。《波浪能发电系统》的技术缺陷在于:一.水斗内的水的重力能利用不充分,能量不能充分转化;二.出水口与水斗的对接不紧凑;三.收缩水道没有深入坝体,抬升海水收集不充分。四.没有明确发电机的安装方式。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种设计合理发电效率高投资成本低的波浪能发电系统。
本实用新型解决其技术问题是采取以下方案实现的:
潮间带波浪能发电系统,由聚浪堤、主堤、蓄水池、出水管、水斗水车、挡水板、水车支架、主轴、水车上的同步带轮、发电机、发电机支柱、水车与发电机连接的同步皮带、皮带绷紧轮构成,其特征是:主堤为基础稳固的坝体,主堤上设有蓄水池,升浪槽是主堤中部底面倾斜呈下宽上窄的梯形水道,升浪槽顶部被蓄水池呈“凹”形包围,下方与聚浪堤对接,聚浪堤是对称建在主堤外自迎浪面向升浪槽顶部渐高、外宽内窄的喇叭形堤坝,出水管与水斗水车的水斗相对,水斗水车通过主轴与水车支架铰接固定在主堤上,在水车的注水一侧固装有弧度与水车外沿弧度相同的半圆形挡水板,挡水板固装于主堤上,挡水板略宽于水斗边缘,与水斗水车有隙半包,水斗水车上装有同步带轮,同步带轮通过同步皮带与发电机连接,皮带绷紧轮固装于发电机支柱上与同步皮带滚动接触,发电机固装于高于海水的支柱上。
潮间带波浪能发电系统相对《波浪能发电系统》的优点是:一.挡水板的增设,延长了水斗内水的做功行程和时间;二.升浪槽嵌入主堤并被蓄水池三面包围,使更多的海水进入蓄水池,波浪能可以收集的更充分;三.因为增加了出水管,蓄水池向水车注水更紧凑。

具体实施方式
聚浪堤(1)是对称建在海底,自迎浪面外宽内窄,顶部向主堤(2)渐高的喇叭形堤坝,主堤为建在潮间带的基础稳固的“烽火台”式建筑,升浪槽(13)是嵌在主堤中部由主堤围成的迎浪面外宽内窄,底面呈梯形斜面自海底向蓄水池(14)顶渐高的水道,海浪经升浪槽抬高水位越过池壁注入蓄水池,蓄水池的容量为两次波峰间保持充足的水流连续所需的体积,蓄水池的水可以连续不断经出水管(4)注入水斗水车(5),水斗水车是由若干个水斗组成的轮状水车,每个水斗的容量为注水后的重量产生的重力大于牵引发电机所需力,水斗水车通过支架(12)上的主轴(11)固定在主堤上,水斗水车注水后绕轴转动,挡水板(3)可以使水斗内的水在充分做功后才可在水车底部顺畅排除,水车上的同步带轮(6)带动同步皮带(7)转动,皮带绷紧轮(9)可以使皮带保持与同步带轮的啮合,同步皮带带动发电机(8)发电,发电机固装于高于海水的支柱(10)上,电流通过电缆输出。
主堤采用烽火台式建筑一方面可以根据波浪能的最佳情况确定选址的潮位线,另一方面不占用海岸,同时蓄水池仅存蓄两次波峰间维持水流连续的水量,达到边际效益最大化,最大限度降低了发电系统的成本。
需要强调的是,本实用新型所述的实施例是说明性的,而不是限定性的,因此本实用新型并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例,凡是由本领域技术人员根据本实用新型的技术方案得出的其他实施方式,同样属于本实用新型保护的范围。
