Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种转接器,其包括公端连接器与母端连接器,所述公端连接器包括公端本体及收容于公端本体内的管状端子,所述母端连接器包括母端本体及收容于母端本体内的柱状端子,所述公端连接器还具有包围于公端本体的盖体,所述盖体内设置有一收容通道,该收容通道内壁向内突出形成阻挡部,所述母端连接器具有一收容于该收容通道内且被阻挡部阻挡的锁扣部。该转接器的公端连接器与母端连接器可以转接器的中心轴为轴作任意角度的相对旋转,以方便与对接线缆连接器对接。

转接器 
【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种转接器,尤指一种涉及太阳能光伏系统技术领域的转接器。 
【背景技术】
随着常规能源的有限性日益明显及环保趋势的发展,全球掀起开发利用太阳能的热潮。太阳能光伏技术通过光电转换装置把太阳辐射能转换成电能,光电转换装置通常利用半导体器件的光伏效应原理进行光电转换,而在光电转换的过程中需要用到电连接器,也称太阳能连接器。 
太阳能面板上通常排布有若干电连接器以进行光电转换,与传统用于电子设备的电连接器相同,有时需要利用转接器来进行公母端连接器的转换,由于太阳能连接器在面板上排列较多,转接器的两端分别与对接的线缆连接器相插接,这些线缆连接器所连的线缆通常会弯曲设置于面板上,若弯曲角度过大以致线缆受到扭曲力过大,因太阳能连接器所连线缆的导体通常会较粗,受到过大的扭曲力会导致断裂而无法实现电性导通。 
因此,确有必要对转接器进行改良以解决现有技术中的上述缺陷。 
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种能够自由旋转的转接器。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种转接器,其包括公端连接器与母端连接器,所述公端连接器包括公端本体及收容于公端本体内的管状端子,所述母端连接器包括母端本体及收容于母端本体内的柱状端子,所述公端连接器还具有包围于公端本体的盖体,所述盖体内设置有一收容通道,该收容通道内壁向内突出形成阻挡部,所述母端连接器具有一收容于该收容通道内且 被阻挡部阻挡的锁扣部。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下有益效果:转接器的公端连接器与母端连接器可以转接器的中心轴为轴作任意角度的相对旋转,以方便与对接线缆连接器对接。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图2所示,本实用新型转接器100包括公端连接器10及母端连接器20,公端连接器10与母端连接器20通过公端连接器10的盖体14与母端连接器20的母端本体21相互配合而构成可相对旋转的整体。 
请参照图3至图6所示,公端连接器10包括公端本体11、收容于公端本体11内的管状端子12及包覆成型于公端本体11后端外的盖体14。所述公端本体11由热塑性硫化橡胶(Thermoplastic Vulcanizate,简称为TPV)材料或其它类型的热塑性橡胶材料(例如SBS、SEBS等苯乙烯类弹性体)制成,该公端本体11包括大体呈圆柱状的主体部112及自主体部112向后延伸的扩展部113,其中所述扩展部113的直径较主体部112小,主体部112沿前后方向贯穿形成中空的收容腔110。主体部112的外表面向外突出形成若干环形凸肋1120以与对接线缆连接器密封配合。 
所述管状端子12由金属材料制成且包括圆柱形基部121及自基部121向外延伸的配合部123。所述管状端子12的前端1210外侧为螺纹状。所述公端连接器10还具有一弹性压缩圈13,该压缩圈13采用橡胶材料制成,且包覆成型于管状端子12的前端1210外。所述压缩 圈13也由橡胶材料制成,但其材质较公端本体11硬,以利于包覆成型公端本体11。 
盖体14由塑胶材料制成,且包括基础部141、自基础部141向前延伸的固持部142及自基础部141的后端面1412向后延伸的插入部143。所述盖体14内贯穿形成有位于前部的第一收容通道145和位于后部的第二收容通道146,所述第一收容通道145与第二收容通道146相连通,且第一收容通道145的直径较第二收容通道146的直径小。第二收容通道146的内壁向内突出形成环形阻挡部147,该环形阻挡部147的前端为向内倾斜延伸的导引面1470。 
母端连接器20包括母端本体21及收容于母端本体21内的柱状端子22。所述母端本体21包括大体呈圆柱状的本部212及自本部212的内部向前延伸的连接部214,所述本部212内凹陷形成有收容空间210。本部212前端为一环形前端部2121,连接部214的外壁与前端部2121的内壁之间留有一定的距离以形成环形收容槽215。连接部214的前端向外突出形成环形锁扣部2141,该锁扣部2141的外径自前向后呈逐渐增大的趋势。在其他实施例中,锁扣部2141也可设置成若干凸块。柱状端子22前端为管状结构,后端为端子针,中间部分设有螺纹。 
请参照图5至图7所示,成型时,管状端子12前端先包覆成型弹性压缩圈13,再将公端本体11包覆成型于管状端子12及压缩圈13外,管状端子外侧的凸条123可加强管状端子12与公端本体11之间的配合,成型公端本体11的同时,盖体14也包覆成型于公端本体11的扩展部113外以将上述元件构成一个整体,即公端本体11与盖体14同时包覆成型于管状端子12外侧。 
组装时,柱状端子22借其外表面设置的螺纹旋转进入并固持于母端连接器20内,橡胶材质的密封圈30套置于母端连接器20的连接部214外,再将母端连接器20的连接部214沿对接方向插入到公端连接器10中,连接部214进入盖体14的第二收容通道146内,环状插入部143插入母端本体21的收容槽215内,连接部214前端的锁扣部2141沿第二收容通道146内的导引面1470滑入到阻挡部147前端,并被阻 挡部147干涉而防止其退出,公端连接器10的管状端子12与母端连接器20的柱状端子22相接触而形成电性连接。在其他实施例中,管状端子12也可通过线缆与柱状端子22电性连接。密封圈30将盖体14与连接部214之间的缝隙填满,并促使插入部143的外壁与收容槽215的内壁紧紧贴合,以达到防水防尘的效果。此时,母端连接器20的连接部214可在第二收容通道146内以转接器100的中心轴为轴旋转任意角度,以利于在太阳能面板上以任意角度旋转来插接对接的线缆连接器,以防止对接线缆连接器的线缆扭曲而导致电性连接中断。 

Claims (10)

1.一种转接器,其包括公端连接器与母端连接器,所述公端连接器包括公端本体及收容于公端本体内的管状端子,所述母端连接器包括母端本体及收容于母端本体内的柱状端子,所述公端连接器还具有包围于公端本体的盖体,其特征在于:所述盖体内设置有一收容通道,该收容通道内壁向内突出形成阻挡部,所述母端连接器具有一收容于该收容通道内且被阻挡部阻挡的锁扣部。
2.如权利要求1所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述母端连接器的母端本体包括本部及自本部的内部向前延伸的连接部,所述锁扣部形成于连接部上。
3.如权利要求2所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述本部前端为一环形前端部,连接部的外壁与前端部的内壁之间留有一定的距离以形成收容槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述盖体末端设有插入部,该插入部组装于母端连接器的收容槽内。
5.如权利要求2所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述连接部外壁与收容通道的内壁之间设置有密封圈。
6.如权利要求5所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述密封圈由橡胶材料制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述阻挡部具有倾斜延伸的导引面以引导锁扣部的插入。
8.如权利要求1所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述盖体包覆于公端本体的后端。
9.如权利要求1所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述母端连接器的柱状端子外设置有螺纹,该柱状端子旋转插入到母端本体内。
10.如权利要求1所述的转接器,其特征在于:所述盖体的材质较公端本体硬。
