背景技术：
目前的矩形竖炉出料冷却方式有两种，一种是用带冷机冷却，带冷机冷却投资高、设备复杂、设备维修量大、粉尘大；另一种是竖式冷却，竖式冷却冷却方式为正压供风、横向冷却，正压供风易存在的主要问题是从卸料口漏风并产生粉尘，横向冷却冷存在的主要问题是却距离短、冷却效果差。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型目的是提供一种竖炉出料冷却装置，不产生粉尘，冷却效果好，解决背景技术中存在的上述问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：竖炉出料冷却装置包含若干入风管和若干吸风管，设置在竖炉炉底和电振给料机之间，若干入风管排列成排，设置在若干吸风管的上面，吸风管的出风量大于入风管的入风量，吸风管和电振给料机之间形成负压。
所说的入风管和吸风管为纵向开口的半圆形管，半圆形管的开口向下布置。
入风管和吸风管的数量是任意的，根据需要设定。
本实用新型的冷却方式为上部正压供风，下部靠除尘器产生的负压吸风；上部为顺流冷却，下部为逆流冷却，冷却距离长。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型上部为顺流冷却提高了冷却速度，下部为逆流冷却，料球的最终冷却温度低，冷却效果好，下部负压吸风不产生粉尘。
