背景技术:
冬季民用水暖炉,一般是将水套设在炉膛周围,水通过炉膛直接吸收炉内的热量,热水通过管道送入室内的暖气片内,其缺点是整个炉膛高温区被冷水包围,降低了炉膛温度,水温升高速度慢,如果让室内达到人体舒适的温度,需大火燃烧,这样会造成煤炭用量的增加,增大了经济负担。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单,经济实用,可有效增大燃烧火力,节约燃料成本的节能水暖炉。
本实用新型包括炉膛、烟道、水套,其特征在于所述炉膛一侧设有生物质气化室,所述生物质气化室设有生物质填入口,下部设有生物质引燃口,所述生物质引燃口与炉膛相通,所述生物质气化室设有环形燃气通道,环形燃气通道上设有燃气出口。
所述的烟道上设有水套,所述烟道走向是向下弯曲呈“U”形设置。
所述的炉膛上设有通风口,便于向炉膛内充分供给燃烧所需要的氧气。
本实用新型所提供的节能水暖炉,利用煤炭等燃料燃烧进行取暖、烧饭,可对水套内的水进行加热,为室内供暖,在生物质气化室内填入秸秆、锯末等生物质,通过生物质引燃口引燃,产生燃气,燃气通过环形燃气通道从燃气出口进入炉膛,使炉膛上升的火苗燃烧更旺,火势更大,达到助燃的目的。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型利用生物质产生燃气的助燃作用,可有效增大燃烧火力,节省了煤炭的用量,其结构简单,是一种经济实用的节能水暖炉。

与实施例1相比,本实施例不同地方在于所述的炉膛上设有通风口,设上通风口,作用是便于供给炉膛内燃烧所需要充足的氧气。

1.一种节能水暖炉,包括炉膛(10)、烟道(3)、水套(2),其特征在于所述炉膛(10)一侧设有生物质气化室(7),所述生物质气化室(7)设有生物质填入口(6),下部设有生物质引燃口(8),所述生物质引燃口(8)与炉膛(10)相通,所述生物质气化室(7)设有环形燃气通道(14),环形燃气通道(14)上设有燃气出口(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能水暖炉,其特征在于所述的烟道(3)上设有水套(2),所述烟道(3)走向是向下弯曲呈“U”形设置。
