目前20极三相永磁同步曳引机定子槽分别有:45槽、72槽、90槽,对于45槽结构,绕组节距y=2,72槽结构,绕组节距y=4,90槽结构,绕组节距y=5。显然,这些绕组节距y>1,存在绕组端部相互交叠,使定子绕组端部长,铜耗大,制造成本高等问题,更严重的是由于定子端部太长,曳引机轴向尺寸就无法减小,对于无机房,狭窄的井道空间应用非常困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供20极三相永磁同步曳引机定子,定子绕组端部短,绕组不会相互交叠,铜耗小,制造成本低,并且,可以适用于狭窄井道的无机房结构。
本实用新型是这样实现的:包括定子绕组、定子铁芯,其特别之处在于定子铁芯为沿周向分布有21个齿,定子绕组由A、B、C三相组成,每相定子绕组有7个线圈,每个线圈缠绕在一个齿上,三相定子绕组共21个线圈分缠绕在定子铁芯21个齿上,每一相定子绕组的首端与另一相定子绕组首端相互成120度机械角度,上述三相定子绕组的A相定子绕组首端与C相定子绕组尾端同槽,B相定子绕组首端与A相定子绕组尾端同槽,C相定子绕组首端与B相定子绕组尾端同槽。
由于极数2p=20,体现出相临两槽之间电角度为:α=10×360÷21=171.43
优点
本实用新型提出的20极三相永磁同步曳引机定子,有如下优点:
1、由于转子极数为20,定子槽数为21,极距τ=Z/2p=21/20=1.05槽,短距角β=α(τ-y)=171.43(1.05-1)=8.57,短距系数ky=cos(8.57/2)=0.9972,显然,短距系数接近1。
2每个线圈都绕在一个齿上,即节距y=1,绕组不会相互交叠,绕组端部尺寸小,铜耗小,制造成本低。
3绕组端部尺寸小,永磁同步曳引机轴向尺寸可以得到压缩,使曳引机用于狭窄的井道空间的无机房成为可能。

如图1所示,本实用新型的20极三相永磁同步曳引机定子包括定子绕组1、定子铁芯2,其特别之处在于定子铁芯2为沿周向分布有21个齿3,齿与齿之间形成21个槽4,定子绕组1由A、B、C三相定子绕组组成,每相定子绕组有7个线圈,每个线圈缠绕在一个齿上,三相定子绕组共21个线圈分缠绕在定子铁芯2的21个齿3上,每一相定子绕组的首端与另一相定子绕组首端相互成120度机械角度,相当于间隔7个槽,上述三相定子绕组的A相定子绕组首端与C相定子绕组尾端Z同槽,B相定子绕组首端与A相定子绕组尾端X同槽,C相定子绕组首端与B相定子绕组尾端Y同槽。
本实施例介绍的是外转子结构的定子,根据本实用新型提供的构思,也可在实施在内转子结构的定子上。
