Abstract
本实用新型提供一种充气罐的启闭结构,其包含有:一帽体,设于充气罐的顶端,且该帽体顶端设有竖直的一座体,且该座体包含一U形滑槽;一导流滑块,内部设弯状的一流道,该流道的一端接一气管,且该导流滑块整体设于U形滑槽内用以作上下移动,且以该流道的另一端压抵该充气罐的喷嘴柱;一气管,其接于该导流滑块的内部该流道的一端;及一恒开装置,该恒开装置设于该导流滑块的顶端,通过扳动该恒开装置以旋转方式压抵导流滑块作上下移动。通过上述元件的组成,以便使用人对自行车、机车汽车及其它待充气物自动充气。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及充气结构,特别涉及运用充气罐对自行车、机车汽车及其它待充气物等自动充气的技术结构。
背景技术
图1为现有技术的一种随身充气罐的充气头结构,图1所示结构为中国台湾省实用新型专利第89200585号的一种随身充气罐的充气头70构造,充气头70搭配一具有按压式喷气导管71的充气罐7使用,设有一可匹配并供该喷气导管71伸入的卡掣槽72,该卡掣槽72面向导管的端部复跨置有一卡掣凸体73,该卡掣凸体73外侧周缘的充气头70本体并向下凹设形成一充气口74,且于该充气口74的底端设置一具有止泄防渗漏功能的防漏垫圈75;藉此,当对充气物(如车胎76)的充气部位作充气操作时,只需以其充气口74对应充气物的充气部位作按压式充气操作即可,若欲停止充气,则放开其按压施力即可停止,具有充气极为便捷的使用功能,且充气罐7内部的充气气体一旦使用殆尽丢弃时,其充气头仍可轻易取下再搭配其他的充气罐7使用,不会造成浪费。
但是,上述现有技术结构的充气罐与充器头充气时必须以充气口对应轮胎的充气部位作按压式充气操作,如此则车轮的幅条77或汽、机车则为轮圈肋条等系与充气罐平行关系,常干扰充气罐的作动,让使用人倍感充气操作上的不方便。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,凭借着长期对充气罐的研究及融会贯通的构思,本实用新型实施例提供一种充气罐的启闭结构,提供方便于使用人对待充气物自动充气及易于随身携带的充气罐的启闭结构。
本实用新型实施例提供一种充气罐的启闭结构,其包含有:一帽体,设于充气罐的顶端,且该帽体顶端设有竖直的一座体,该座体包含一U形滑槽;一导流滑块,内部设弯状的一流道,该流道的一端接一气管,且该导流滑块整体设于U形滑槽内用以作上下移动,且以该流道的另一端压抵充气罐的喷嘴柱;一气管,其接于该导流滑块的内部该流道的一端;及一恒开装置,该恒开装置设于导流滑块的顶端,通过扳动恒开装置以旋转方式压抵该导流滑块作上下移动。
由以上说明得知本实用新型实施例提供的充气罐的启闭结构,增加了一气管及一恒开装置,使充气罐得以自由摆放适宜位置;再者使用恒开装置打开充气罐,该充气罐得以保持常开状态,此时使用人可运用双手压制气管的充气口于待充气物,以利于充气罐的充气。因此该气管及恒开装置的设置方便使用人的充气操作;而且本实用新型的气管为软质管时,则气管能卷曲藏于上盖内部,让充气罐具有可随身携带的好处。

具体实施方式
首先,图2为本实用新型实施例的充气罐的启闭结构与充气罐结合的立体图;图3为本实用新型实施例的充气罐的启闭结构与充气罐的立体分解图;请参阅图2和图3,为本实用新型实施例装设于一充气罐1的实施例,其为一种充气罐的启闭结构,包含有:一帽体2、一导流滑块3、一气管4、一恒开装置5及一上盖6等元件;其中,
该帽体2,为一体成型的半球形中空状,可以为塑胶件,盖设于充气罐1的顶部,且帽体2内部所设一环状卡钩22以正好卡合于充气罐1的卡挚部12,该帽体2顶端设有竖直的一座体21,座体21包含一U形滑槽211,U形滑槽211与所设的一通孔23互为轴向贯通,当帽体2盖合于充气罐1时,可以穿伸充气罐1的喷嘴柱11。
一导流滑块3,内部设弯状的一流道31,流道31的一端311接气管4所设的一管套44,且导流滑块3整体设于U形滑槽211内用以作上下移动,以流道31的另一端312压抵充气罐1的喷嘴柱11。
气管4,其一端41由一中管45通过一管套44连接于导流滑块3的内部流道31的一端311,内部流道31的一端311的外周围为凹凸部313,以便与管套44、中管45密闭结合;而其另一端42为中管45固设一充气口43,充气口43的作用是对待充气物作封闭充气的功用。需要注意的是,中管45可以为硬质管与软质管。
一恒开装置5,可以为包括镂空521的一把柄52的片状体,在把柄52之外处的矩形体设一顶抵部53,并在该把柄52的下方与顶抵部53的共同连结处的二侧边分别设有一转轴51。
一上盖6,可以为半封闭的帽状且内设圆环状的一扣合凸部61,用以盖扣合于帽体2所对应配合的一扣合凹部24,如图4所示,图4为本实用新型实施例的充气罐的启闭结构与充气罐的组合剖面图。
请参阅图4所示,经上述元件的组合,将本实用新型结构卡合于充气罐1的顶部,一般而言,充气罐1的喷嘴柱11下沉就得喷出罐内的气体,通常气管4会与导流滑块3一起连动,导流滑块3能够在帽体2的座体21上的U形滑槽211内上下滑移,需要注意的是,气管4与充气罐1所成角度与导流滑块3的内部弯状流道31的角度成预设配合角度;例如,当气管4与充气罐1所成角度为仰角时,导流滑块3的内部弯状流道31的角度也与之配合成仰角;反之亦然,总之两个角度要成预设的配合角度。在自然状态下,充气罐1的喷嘴柱11是关闭,此时的恒开装置5是躺平状且导流滑块3处在最高点。
图5为图4中A-A向横剖面的俯视图;图6为本实用新型实施例的恒开装置打开充气罐的剖面示意图;请参阅图3、图5及图6所示,帽体2的座体21上的U形滑槽211内再凹设一扣合槽212专供恒开装置5的转轴51扣合,如此恒开装置5得因使用人扳动恒开装置5的把柄52,将恒开装置5整个由躺平状旋转成竖直状,在其旋转的过程中,恒开装置5的顶抵部53便压抵导流滑块3而将导流滑块3向下滑移,又该导流滑块3流道31的另一端312将压抵充气罐1的喷嘴柱11下沉,导致充气罐1内的气体将随流道31及气管4而喷出于外,以达待充气物充气的目的;若待充气物充完气后,将恒开装置5整个由竖直状旋转恢复成躺平状,则本实用新型结构又回复自然状态,即充气罐的喷嘴柱呈关闭状态,然后再盖入上盖6,以便下次再使用。
图7为本实用新型实施例使用软质气管及将该气管收合于上盖内的剖面示意图。请参阅图7所示,为本实用新型气管4的中管45使用可挠曲管,使用可挠曲性中管45的好处是可将气管4缠绕于帽体2的座体21,然后完全容纳于上盖6内,以供使用人方便随身携带。

Claims (7)
1.一种充气罐的启闭结构,其特征在于,其包含:
一帽体,设于充气罐的顶端,且该帽体顶端设有竖直的一座体,该座体包含一U形滑槽;
一导流滑块,内部设弯状的一流道,该流道的一端接气管,该导流滑块整体设于U形滑槽内用以作上下移动,且以该流道的另一端压抵该充气罐的喷嘴柱;及
一气管,其接于该导流滑块的内部该流道的一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充气罐的启闭结构,其特征在于,其中该帽体内部所设一环状卡钩以卡合于该充气罐所设的一卡挚部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充气罐的启闭结构,其特征在于,还包含一恒开装置,该恒开装置设于该导流滑块的顶端以压抵该导流滑块作上下移动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的充气罐的启闭结构,其特征在于,其中该恒开装置还包含一转轴而枢设于该U形滑槽,并位于该导流滑块上方,使得通过扳动旋转该恒开装置以压抵该导流滑块作上下移动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的充气罐的启闭结构,其特征在于,还包含一上盖体,与该帽体结合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的充气罐的启闭结构,其特征在于,其中该气管为硬质管。
7.根据权利要求1所述的充气罐的启闭结构,其特征在于,其中该气管为软质管。
