本实用新型涉及一种电热管，包括电极引线、绝缘体、固定套、电热管体及电热丝，其中电极引线通过固定套固装在电热管体的两端，电热丝置于电热管体内，其两端与电极引线连接，电热丝与电热管体之间填充有导热绝缘介质，其特征在于所述电热丝为PTC电热丝。本实用新型将电热管中的普通发热丝换成PTC发热丝，含有PTC电热丝的电热管在液体加热煮干处于干烧情况下，PTC发热丝的电阻阻值会由于电热管附近温度的持续升高而迅速增大，从而在市电电压不变的情况下，电热管的功率会迅速降低，最终在电热管附近达到一种热平衡，从而起到保护作用，避免出现塑料盛浆容器自燃的情况。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电热管，特别是一种适用于豆浆机等家用电器的电热管。
背景技术
目前市场上的液体加热类家用电器，尤其是电热管加热的豆浆机，均使用的是含有普通发热丝的电热管，该种电热管在液体加热煮干处于干烧情况下，电热管仍会处于接通状态，电热管以原功率继续加热，因此，会导致电热管表面产生很高的温度，如果液体加热电器的盛浆容器是塑料材料，盛浆容器可能会出现自燃现象，导致火灾的发生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决以上问题而提供一种结构简单、安全性高的适用于豆浆机等家用电器的电热管。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种电热管，包括电极引线、绝缘体、固定套、电热管体及电热丝，其中电极引线通过固定套固装在电热管体的两端，电热丝置于电热管体内，其两端与电极引线连接，电热丝与电热管体之间填充有导热绝缘介质，其特征在于所述电热丝为PTC电热丝。
上述固定套与电极引线之间装有绝缘体。
上述导热绝缘介质为镁粉或石英砂。
本实用新型将电热管中的普通发热丝换成PTC发热丝，含有PTC电热丝的电热管在液体加热煮干处于干烧情况下，PTC发热丝的电阻阻值会由于电热管附近温度的持续升高而迅速增大，从而在市电电压不变的情况下，电热管的功率会迅速降低，最终在电热管附近达到一种热平衡，从而起到保护作用，避免出现塑料盛浆容器自燃的情况。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实施例电热管用于豆浆机产品中，包括电极引线1、绝缘体2、固定套3、电热管体4及电热丝5，其中电极引线1通过固定套3固装在电热管体4的两端，电热丝5置于电热管体4内，其两端与电极引线1连接，电热丝5与电热管体4之间填充有导热绝缘介质6，固定套3与电极引线1之间装有绝缘体2，电热丝5为PTC电热丝。
本实施例中，导热绝缘介质6为镁粉或石英，导热绝缘介质6通过缩管工艺被压紧填实在电热管体4中。
本实用新型电热管，其工作温度升高时，电热丝阻值上升很快.在工作电压不变的情况下，电热管的功率则下降很快，因此煮干液体的时间会相应延长，相对整个干烧的时间会缩短.
当电热管干烧时，电热管功率仅有200W左右，在静止的空气中干烧时，其表面最高温度会达到450℃左右，但由于豆浆机后期制浆过程中大都是采取间歇加热的加热方式，因此电热管的平均功率折算后仅有几十瓦，在静止空气中干烧时，其表面温度在350°左右，此时豆浆机再伴随有只搅打不加热的制浆过程，电热管的表面温度将进一步降低，保持在200℃左右；另外，由于电热管离杯体内壁有一段距离，一般在20mm左右，而塑料杯身融化的温度一般在150℃以上，所以在一个工作周期内，塑料杯身不会发生融化的现象，从而起到保护作用，避免出现塑料盛浆容器自燃的情况。
Claims (3)
1.一种电热管，包括电极引线(1)、绝缘体(2)、固定套(3)、电热管体(4)及电热丝(5)，其中电极引线(1)通过固定套(3)固装在电热管体(4)的两端，电热丝(5)置于电热管体(4)内，其两端与电极引线(1)连接，电热丝(5)与电热管体(4)之间填充有导热绝缘介质(6)，其特征在于所述电热丝(5)为PTC电热丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电热管，其特征在于上述固定套(3)与电极引线(1)之间装有绝缘体(2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电热管，其特征在于上述导热绝缘介质(6)为镁粉或石英砂。
