Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种二层台吊绳装置，包括吊绳和滑轮，井架下体上端安装滑轮A，井架上体下端安装滑轮B，天车上安装滑轮C，吊绳一端固定在二层台上，一端依此通过滑轮C、滑轮B和滑轮A并固定在井架下体上。该装置结构简单，增加了钢丝绳缠绕的行程，保证了井架在运动过程中始终保持绷紧状态，避免了二层台砸压井架立柱的现象。

本实用新型涉及一种石油钻井用设备，特别是涉及一种二层台吊绳装置。
背景技术
自走式修井机在进行修井的过程中，井架的起升与下放需要二层台能随之打开与收起，以往的设计不能实现同步完成，二层台吊绳不能保证紧绷状态，造成了二层台在收回过程中有砸压井架立柱的现象。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足，提供了一种结构设计合理，操作方便的二层台吊绳装置。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种二层台吊绳装置，包括吊绳和滑轮，井架下体上端安装滑轮A，井架上体下端安装滑轮B，天车上安装滑轮C，吊绳一端固定在二层台上，一端依此通过滑轮C、滑轮B和滑轮A并固定在井架下体上。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
该装置在原来结构基础上在井架下体上增加了滑轮，从而增加了整个吊绳缠绕的行程，保证井架动作过程中吊绳始终保持紧绷状态，避免了二层台在收回过程中砸压井架立柱的现象。

具体实施方式
一种二层台吊绳装置，如图1所示，包括吊绳和滑轮，井架下体2上端安装滑轮A3，井架上体1下端安装滑轮B5，天车上安装滑轮C4，吊绳一端固定在二层台6上，一端依次通过滑轮C4、滑轮B5和滑轮A3并固定在井架下体2上。
二层台6与井架通过销轴连接，二层台6可以绕着销轴进行旋转。井架上体1在收回的过程中，滑轮B5、滑轮C4和二层台6随之向下运动，滑轮A3不动，实现二层台6随着上体的向下运动而绕着销轴旋转，当井架上体1收回动作完成，此时二层台6刚好是竖直状态。
原有井架回收时，随着井架上体1的下行运动，二层台6由水平向竖直方向转动，由于井架下体2长度有限，钢丝绳过长就会出现二层台6收回动作完成后不是竖直状态的情况，当井架从竖直状态下放到水平状态时，二层台6会有个快速下落的过程，这样就造成了二层台6砸压井架立柱的情况。

1.一种二层台吊绳装置，包括吊绳和滑轮，其特征在于，井架下体上端安装滑轮A，井架上体下端安装滑轮B，天车上安装滑轮C，吊绳一端固定在二层台上，一端依次通过滑轮C、滑轮B和滑轮A并固定在井架下体上。
