Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种调心滚子轴承,尤其是涉及一种与轧机配套的密封调心滚子轴承,它是由双滚道内圈、外圈、两列滚子和保持架组成,其特征在于:在上述内圈与外圈之间的两端各配合有一个密封圈;所述密封圈是由所述外圈上的密封槽和所述内圈上的密封台阶面及支撑板配合而成;本实用新型提供的轴承适应轧机轴承的使用条件和工况条件、结构独特、密封性能可靠、调心性能好、设备可靠性高、安装拆卸方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种调心滚子轴承,尤其是涉及一种与轧机配套的密封调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
目前与轧机配套的调心滚子轴承没有密封结构,密封装置多设计在轴承的外部。这种结构不但不利于保持轴承内部的润滑剂,虽然轴承外部密封装置能起到一定的密封作用,但是占用外部空间较大,浪费资源。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种为适应轧机轴承的使用条件和工况条件、结构独特、密封性能可靠、调心性能好、设备可靠性高、安装拆卸方便的密封调心滚子轴承。
本实用新型通过如下方式实现:
一种密封调心滚子轴承,它是由双滚道内圈、外圈、两列滚子和保持架组成,其特征在于:在上述内圈与外圈之间的两端各配合有一个密封圈;
所述密封圈是由所述外圈上的密封槽和所述内圈上的密封台阶面及支撑板配合而成;
所述密封圈内径与所述轴承内圈密封台阶面之间一侧为非接触式唇密封、另一侧为接触式唇密封,该非接触式唇密封与接触式唇密封之间设有一润滑脂滞留槽;
在所述密封圈外径唇部开一个弧形的减压槽;
所述减压槽为半圆形;
所述内圈上的密封台阶面为锥面。
本实用新型有如下效果:
1)保持润滑剂、防止杂质进入轴承内部和润滑剂内:本实用新型提供的轴承密封作用在相对运动表面之间实现,密封不仅要适应旋转运动而且要考虑由跳动、游隙、偏斜、变形引起的偏心,另外还要考虑必须加以排除的夹杂物的数量和性质,其最终选择取决于转速、磨擦、磨损、工作条件、便于更换、经济性等。
2)结构独特、密封性能可靠、调心性能好:在负荷能满足要求的前提下,将密封圈设计在轴承内部,成为密封调心滚子轴承,它是调心滚子轴承基型的变型结构,它是在基型轴承上加装密封圈、外圈设计密封槽、内圈设计密封台阶面。
3)安装拆卸方便:本实用新型提供的轴承密封圈采用径向定位、轴向引导、径向和轴向联合压缩定位的配合方法,安装于外圈上,具有对密封槽精度要求低,定位配合可靠的优点。同时为了克服装配压力较大的缺点,在密封圈外径唇部开一个半径为R的减压槽,密封圈内径与轴承内圈密封台阶之间形成非接触式和接触式双唇密封,接触式单接触唇径向贴压式密封加单唇非接触式间隙密封。
4)调心方便,阻力小、密封效果好、提高轴承的使用寿命:本实用新型提供的轴承内圈密封台阶面设计成锥面,内组件无论顺时针或逆时针调心即摆动时,两侧的密封压力不至于过大,同时调心方便,阻力小。在调心过程中,两个密封唇能交替地起密封作用,不至于漏脂,密封效果良好。能很好地满足调心滚子轴承本身的使用性能,提高轴承的使用寿命。
5)该结构轴承设计紧凑,性能可靠,能有力地保证轧机的研制和配套成功,这一技术成果,对发展我国冶金工业具有良好的社会效益。

具体实施方式
一种密封调心滚子轴承,它是由双滚道内圈1、外圈2、两列滚子3和保持架4组成,如图1所示:在上述内圈1与外圈2之间的两端各配合有一个密封圈5,如图2所示:密封圈5是由所述外圈2上的密封槽6和所述内圈1上的密封台阶面7及支撑板8配合而成,密封圈5内径与所述轴承内圈1密封台阶面7之间一侧为非接触式唇密封、另一侧为接触式唇密封,该非接触式唇密封与接触式唇密封之间设有一润滑脂滞留槽10。
在所述密封圈5外径唇部开一个弧形的减压槽9。
上述减压槽9可以为半圆形。
上述内圈1上的密封台阶面7为锥面。
密封圈采用径向定位、轴向引导、径向和轴向联合压缩定位的配合方法,安装于外圈上,具有对密封槽精度要求低,定位配合可靠的优点。同时为了克服装配压力较大的缺点,在密封圈外径唇部开一个减压槽9,如图所示。密封结构采用在接触唇外侧设计一个非接触唇,同时在其中间增加一个润滑脂滞留槽10,加长了密封间隙,提高了密封效果,避免了磨粒性介质对接触唇的磨损,即能起到良好的密封,又能减小摩擦、磨损。
Claims (6)
1.一种密封调心滚子轴承,它是由双滚道内圈(1)、外圈(2)、两列滚子(3)和保持架(4)组成,其特征在于:在上述内圈(1)与外圈(2)之间的两端各配合有一个密封圈(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述密封圈(5)是由所述外圈(2)上的密封槽(6)和所述内圈(1)上的密封台阶面(7)及支撑板(8)配合而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的密封调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述密封圈(5)内径与所述轴承内圈(1)密封台阶面(7)之间一侧为非接触式唇密封、另一侧为接触式唇密封,该非接触式唇密封与接触式唇密封之间设有一润滑脂滞留槽(10)。
4.如权利要求1所述的密封调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:在所述密封圈(5)外径唇部开一个弧形的减压槽(9)。
5.如权利要求1所述的密封调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述减压槽(9)为半圆形。
6.如权利要求2所述的密封调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈(1)上的密封台阶面(7)为锥面。
