Abstract

背景技术
各种已知的毛发定型烫发器具有平的加热板。某些平的烫发器具有非平的加热表面，这些表面包括突出轮廓、凹槽、插针和通道中的一个或多个。尽管它们各自具有特定用途，例如以特殊方式使毛发成形、或梳理毛发，但没有一种提供具有同时拉直毛发、梳理毛发和进行最大传热的最佳性能。例如，仅仅具有插针或刚毛状突出部的设计可以有效地穿过毛发进行梳理，并在一些情况下梳理毛发，但插针的热传导性能较差，由此对于传热发挥作用很小。结果就是传热几乎完全受限于平的烫发器表面中直接接触毛发的表面。此外，尤其在采用相对较多数量的插针的情况下，这些插针往往粘在缠结的毛发中并且尤其在不引起不适的情况下难以拉出。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种加热定型烫发器，其以克服上述缺陷的方式实现拉直、梳理和最佳传热。
通过本发明实现这些和其它目的。
根据本发明，提供一种加热定型烫发器，具有通过铰链连接的两个相对的加热表面，通过以下方式实现拉直、梳理和最佳传热，即在一个平的加热表面上采用一列翅片状突出隆起，这些隆起在单个列中纵向间隔并被定向成使得翅片状隆起的更长尺寸大体上横断纵向轴线排列。因而，当烫发器穿过毛发被拉出时，隆起沿它们的更长尺寸引导毛发。相对的平的加热表面具有以如下方式纵向延伸的通道或凹槽，即使得当加热表面相互接靠时，所述通道或凹槽互补地容纳成列的隆起。凹槽的尺寸和形状被优化设计成在加热表面靠近一撮毛发时容纳隆起。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的平的加热烫发器1包括由铰链4连接的第一元件2和第二元件3。电线5从中延伸以提供来自外部电源的电能。上板6连接在第一元件2上，并且下板7连接在第二元件3上。上板包括大体上纵向延伸的凹槽8。下板7包括一组突出隆起9，每个隆起9具有长度L、厚度T以及高度H，其中L大于T。隆起9沿下板7排列成纵向延伸的列，使得所述列与凹槽8对准。每个隆起9定向成使得其长度L横断所述纵向延伸的列。成列的隆起可以被形成在嵌入下板7内的副板上，或者隆起可以与其一体形成。
常规的电热元件给板6，7中的任意一个或二者提供热量。采用常规控制按钮和控制盘控制包括加热设定一类的设定。各种表面可以被处理、涂覆或者是由陶瓷、电气石、非金属和其它材料构成。可以包括离子发生器和远红外发生器。烫发器1在湿和干应用中可以得到通风，其可以具有蒸汽发生器和流体存储器，并且可以装有用于吹气的风扇。
尽管已经在此示出和描述了本发明的优选实施方式，但在不脱离本发明范围的前提下可以做出多种修改。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于使毛发定型的器具，其特征在于，所述器具包括：
连接在第一元件上的上板；
连接在第二元件上的下板；
枢转连接所述第一元件和所述第二元件的铰链；
与所述第一和第二元件中的一个或两个相结合并适于选择地被启动以加热与所述第一或第二元件相结合的相应板的加热元件；
沿所述上板大体上纵向延伸的凹槽；
一组突出隆起，其从所述下板延伸成大体上线性的列并与所述凹槽对准，使得当所述第一元件与所述第二元件接触时，所述隆起进入所述凹槽内，每个隆起具有长度L、厚度T和高度H，其中L大于T并且每个隆起被定向成使得其长度L横断纵向延伸的列。
2.如权利要求1所述的器具，其特征在于，所述隆起与所述下板一体形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的器具，其特征在于，所述隆起一体形成在副板上，所述副板连接在所述下板上。
