Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种可减小物料运动阻力的单螺杆挤出机加料机筒,包括:加料机筒本体,在所述的加料机筒本体的内壁上设置有螺旋槽。本实用新型不但显著减小了机筒与物料间的摩擦,大大减小了物料的运动阻力,节约了能耗;而且还大大增强了螺杆的吃料能力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到单螺杆挤出机,尤其涉及到单螺杆挤出机中的加料机筒。
背景技术
如图1、图2所示,为了提高单螺杆挤出机的吃料能力,目前的单螺杆挤出机加料机筒,包括:加料机筒本体1,沿着加料机筒本体1的轴向,在所述加料机筒本体1的内壁上设置有直槽2。安装有这种直槽式加料机筒的单螺杆挤出机在增大螺杆吃料能力的同时,也增大了物料与机筒之间的摩擦,使得物料运动的阻力增加,这样就必须增加相应电机的功率;由于摩擦的增大,在加料机筒处产生大量的摩擦热,如果这些摩擦热不能被及时带走,塑料固体就会在此处熔融结块,导致挤出的不稳定。为此,通常的做法是通冷水强制冷却机筒。由此可知,采用直槽式加料机筒的单螺杆挤出机在增大吃料能力的同时必然带来能耗的增大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的一个技术问题是:提供一种可减小物料运动阻力的单螺杆挤出机加料机筒。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:单螺杆挤出机加料机筒,包括:加料机筒本体,在所述加料机筒本体的内壁上设置有螺旋槽。
所述的螺旋槽为多头螺旋槽。
所述的螺旋槽为至少四头螺旋槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型所述的加料机筒的内壁上设置了螺旋槽,使得螺杆的螺楞推动加料机筒的螺旋槽中的物料螺旋前进;与此同时,加料机筒的螺楞推动螺杆的螺旋槽中的物料螺旋前进。这样,不但显著减小了机筒与物料间的摩擦,大大减小了物料的运动阻力,节约了能耗;而且还大大增强了螺杆的吃料能力。此外,通过将实用新型的螺旋槽设置成多头螺旋槽,来进一步提高螺杆的吃料能力。

如图3、图4所示,本实用新型所述的单螺杆挤出机加料机筒,包括:加料机筒本体1,在加料机筒本体1的内壁上设置有螺旋槽2;本实施例中,所述的螺旋槽2通常为四头以上的螺旋槽。
