背景技术
稻壳进入进料仓后,稻壳的质量轻,体积大,且容易沉积结疤,造成料仓出料不畅,出现供料不足的问题。影响了生产的工作效率。稻壳如何从进料仓的出料口畅通输出成为了研究的课题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种以稻壳为燃料的进料仓,在出料口处设置了转动的拨料器,加速了稻壳的出料效率,解决了供料不足的现象。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种以稻壳为燃料的进料仓,包括有料仓体,所述的料仓体上端开有进料口,下端开有出料口,所述的出料口上端转动安装有转鼓,所述的转鼓外壁上安装有拨齿,所述的转鼓与拨齿构成拨料器,所述的拨料器的转鼓通过料仓体外的电动机带动。
所述的拨齿均匀分布在转鼓的外壁上。
本实用新型的出料口上方设置有可旋转的且带有多个拨齿的拨料器,将稻壳均匀分散,迅速从出料口输出,解决了供料不足的问题。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,一种以稻壳为燃料的进料仓,包括料仓体1,料仓体上端开有进料口2,下端开有出料口3,出料口3上端转动安装有转鼓4,转鼓4的外壁上安装有均匀分布的拨齿5,转鼓4与拨齿5构成拨料器,拨料器的转鼓4通过料仓体1外的电动机6带动。

1、一种以稻壳为燃料的进料仓,包括有料仓体,所述的料仓体上端开有进料口,下端开有出料口,其特征在于:所述的出料口上端转动安装有转鼓,所述的转鼓外壁上安装有拨齿,所述的转鼓与拨齿构成拨料器,所述的拨料器的转鼓通过料仓体外的电动机带动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种以稻壳为燃料的进料仓,其特征在于:所述的拨齿均匀分布在转鼓的外壁上。
