Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种医疗手术器械,尤其是一种骨科手术用穿刺针的技术方案,该方案包括有针管和固定针管的针管座,以及插入针管带有刃口的针芯和固定针芯的针芯座,在针管座上还有穿过针芯的空心螺栓,本方案是在所述的针芯座上固定有一与空心螺栓配合的螺母,该螺母的轴线与所述针芯的轴线同轴。所述的空心螺栓是鲁尔圆锥接头。所述的螺母与针芯和针芯座是一体结构。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及的是一种医疗用的手术器械,尤其是一种骨科手术用穿刺针。
背景技术:
在现有技术中,公知的技术是在用的穿刺针,现有的穿刺针在手术时由于刃口是突出在针管之外,当需要插入骨质时,刃口受到的阻力很大,能使针芯缩进针管内,给手术操作带来不便;而当穿刺完成需要将针芯退出时,由于骨质的密度较大,又夹紧针芯使针芯难以退出,严重时甚至可使针芯与针芯座脱离,给手术操作造成不必要的麻烦,使手术不能顺利进行,这是现有技术所存在的不足之处。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的,就是针对现有技术所存在的不足,而提供一种骨科手术用穿刺针技术方案,该方案是在针芯座上固定有与空心螺栓配合的螺母,该螺母可用针芯座旋入空心螺栓,使针芯座与针管座固定,有利于穿刺针的插入和针芯的退出。
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的:该穿刺针包括有针管和固定针管的针管座,以及插入针管带有刃口的针芯和固定针芯的针芯座,在针管座上还有穿过针芯的空心螺栓,本方案的特点是在所述的针芯座上固定有一与空心螺栓配合的螺母,该螺母的轴线与所述针芯的轴线同轴。本方案具体的特点还有,所述的空心螺栓是鲁尔圆锥接头。所述的螺母与针芯和针芯座是一体结构。
本方案的有益效果可根据对上述方案的叙述得知,由于该方案中,在所述的针芯座上固定有一与空心螺栓配合的螺母,该螺母的轴线与所述针芯的轴线同轴。这一结构,在针芯座上的螺母可由针芯座的旋转将螺母旋入空心螺栓,使针芯座与针管座固定,当插入骨质时,由于螺母与空心螺栓的连接,使针芯座与针管座不能分离,有利于穿刺针的插入操作;而当需要退出针芯时,只要旋转针芯座使螺母与空心螺栓通过螺纹就很容易将针芯退出,操作极为方便,保证了手术的顺利进行。由此可见,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有实质性特点和进步,其实施的有益效果也是显而易见的。

具体实施方式:
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过一个具体实施方式,并结合其附图,对本方案进行阐述。
通过附图可以看出,本方案的骨科手术用穿刺针,有针管1和固定针管1的针管座2,以及插入针管1带有刃口7的针芯4和固定针芯4的针芯座6,在针管座2上还有穿过针芯4的空心螺栓5,该空心螺栓5就是鲁尔圆锥接头。本方案是在所述的针芯座6上固定有一与空心螺栓5配合的螺母3,该螺母3与针芯4和针芯座6是一体结构,可以通过注塑、粘合或组装等方法成为一体结构。另外,所述螺母3的轴线与所述针芯4的轴线同轴。
Claims (3)
1.一种骨科手术用穿刺针,包括有针管和固定针管的针管座,以及插入针管带有刃口的针芯和固定针芯的针芯座,在针管座上还有穿过针芯的空心螺栓,其特征是:在所述的针芯座上固定有一与空心螺栓配合的螺母,该螺母的轴线与所述针芯的轴线同轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的穿刺针,其特征是:所述的空心螺栓是鲁尔圆锥接头。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的穿刺针,其特征是:所述的螺母与针芯和针芯座是一体结构。
