Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种直流电动机起动电路,它包括电动机M、接触器KM1、切除启动电阻RQ的接触器KM2,是在传统接线电路中增加1条连接回路,在新增电路上设置直流时间继电器ST,新增电路与原有线路上的切除启动电阻RQ的接触器KM2形成并联电路。利用直流时间继电器ST的延时接点来切除电动机M的起动电阻。本实用新型有利于直流电动机的正常起动,同时还具有系统运行可靠、管理维护方便的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种用于直流电动机起动的电路。
技术背景
目前,直流电动机的起动电路多为仅设置接触器作为起动电阻的切除设备,该电路在实际运行中常出现电机起动后,接触器辅助点不能吸合,起动电阻无法切除的情况,对正常生产造成不利影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种新的直流电动机起动电路,该电路接线简单、运行可靠、维护方便,以克服现有技术存在的电机起动后接触器辅助点不能吸合,起动电阻无法切除的情况,影响正常生产的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:在传统接线电路中增加1条连接回路,新增电路与原有线路上的切除启动电阻的接触器形成并联电路,在新增电路上设置1台直流时间继电器,利用其延时接点来切除电动机的起动电阻。
与现有的直流电动机起动电路相比,本实用新型有利于直流电动机的正常起动,同时还具有系统运行可靠、管理维护方便的优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例:如附图所示,本实用新型是在传统起动电路中,增加1条接线回路,新增电路接线起始点为接触器KM1的进电端辅助点后,连接至电动机起动电阻RQ前,与传统接线电路中的接触器KM2形成并联电路,并在新增电路上设置1台直流时间继电器ST,利用其延时接点来切除电动机M的起动电阻RQ。

1.一种直流电动机起动电路,它包括电动机M、接触器KM1、切除启动电阻RQ的接触器KM2,其特征在于:在传统接线电路中增加1条连接回路,在新增电路上设置直流时间继电器ST,新增电路与原有线路上的切除启动电阻RQ的接触器KM2形成并联电路。
