Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种LED日光灯管，包括散热罩、灯罩、两端的灯头盖、枢设于灯罩内焊接有LED的电路板，电路板与固定在灯头盖上的电极电连接，所述散热罩下端内侧设置有卡槽，电路板两侧端对应卡置于上述卡槽中。与现有技术相比，本实用新型可直接代替荧光灯管使用，无需更换荧光灯设备中其他部件，拆卸和安装都十分方便；同时LED电路板固定在散热罩内，且与散热罩之间形成较大的空腔，从而使LED发光时产生的热量可以迅速由散热罩发散出去，从而降低LED灯管的温度。

技术领域：
本实用新型属于照明领域，特别涉及一种以LED灯为光源的日光灯管。
背景技术：
日光灯作为冷光源，比传统白炽灯节能，因此被广泛应用于工业及民用照明，与其配套的灯座、灯架以及灯箱等配件已经形成标准。随着新式光源LED的发展，其在照明领域的应用已成必然。
目前LED灯型与传统日光灯相去甚远，因此需要将其设计成日光灯状，但是现在的LED日光灯，一般同管体制造成一个整体，当管体损坏时，LED发光模块即使完好也要随之报废，容易造成资源浪费。
实用新型内容：
为此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED日光灯管，该灯管散热罩、灯罩和焊接LED的电路板之间可以拆卸，极大的方便了用户安装，而且可循环使用，避免了浪费。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型主要采用以下技术方案：
一种LED日光灯管，包括散热罩(1)、灯罩(2)、两端的灯头盖(3)、枢设于灯罩内焊接有LED的电路板(4)，电路板(4)与固定在灯头盖(3)上的电极(301)电连接，所述散热罩(1)下端外侧设置有卡槽(101)，内侧设置有卡槽(103)，电路板(4)两侧端对应卡置于上述卡槽(103)中。
所述灯罩(2)上端设置有勾手(201)，该勾手(201)对应卡嵌在卡槽(101)中。
所述电路板(4)上焊接有电源(5)。
所述散热罩(1)由铝基板材制成。
所述散热罩(1)下端设置有螺孔(102)。
所述灯罩(2)由透明材料制成。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型直接代替荧光灯管使用，无需更换荧光灯设备中其他部件，拆卸和安装都十分方便；同时LED电路板固定在散热罩内，且与散热罩之间形成较大的空腔，从而使LED发光时产生的热量可以迅速由散热罩发散出去，从而降低LED灯管的温度。

具体实施方式：
下面将结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
请参见图1所示，图1为本实用新型的结构装配示意图。本实用新型提供了一种以LED灯为光源的日光灯管，该LED日光灯管安装于现有荧光灯设备中，其主要用于代替现有的荧光灯管。其中本实用新型主要包括有散热罩1、灯罩2、灯头盖3以及焊接有LED和电源5的电路板4，所述电路板4与固定在灯头盖3上的电极301电连接。
如图2所示，图2为图1中沿灯管轴向示意图。本实用新型的散热罩1、灯罩2均为半圆弧形，二者组合在一起为圆形管状，其中散热罩1采用的是散热性能良好的金属铝材制造而成，它的下端外侧设置有卡槽101，内侧设置有卡槽103和螺孔102，上述卡槽101和卡槽103沿散热罩1轴向延伸；所述灯罩2采用透明材料制成，其具有一定的弹性，灯罩2上端两侧设置有勾手201，通过该勾手201可卡在散热罩1的外侧卡槽101中，实现灯罩2和散热罩1的固定连接。
散热罩1下端内侧设置的螺孔102可与灯头盖3对应，通过螺丝穿过灯头盖3可固定在螺孔102中，将灯头盖3与散热罩1固定连接在一起。
另外，电路板4上焊接有电源5，下部则焊接有多个LED灯401，其两端卡在上述卡槽103中，而上述LED灯401通过电源5整流后的电流供电。
如图3所示，图3为本实用新型电路板LED分布示意图。其中电路板4上焊接有多个LED灯401，这些LED灯401全部按照“二、一、二”的规则排列，从而使LED灯的排列更加均匀，而且，在电路板上还印刷有一层反光油墨，以使LED发出的光能够很好的反射。减少光的浪费。
本实用新型所述的LED日光灯管，可直接安装在已有荧光灯设备上使用，因此，无需进行改造工程，既经济又方便。而且，LED的寿命比荧光灯管寿命要长，不但具有节能效果，而且不会产生废弃荧光灯管中汞污染的问题，尤其是本装置中的LED日光灯管，可自行拆卸，灯罩与散热罩可分离，一旦出现故障，返修及维护也十分方便，大大的降低了用户的使用成本。

1、一种LED日光灯管，包括散热罩(1)、灯罩(2)、两端的灯头盖(3)、枢设于灯罩内焊接有LED的电路板(4)，电路板(4)与固定在灯头盖(3)上的电极(301)电连接，其特征在于所述散热罩(1)下端外侧设置有卡槽(101)，内侧设置有卡槽(103)，电路板(4)两侧端对应卡置于上述卡槽(103)中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯管，其特征在于所述灯罩(2)上端设置有勾手(201)，该勾手(201)对应卡嵌在卡槽(101)中。
3、根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯管，其特征在于所述电路板(4)上焊接有电源(5)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯管，其特征在于所述散热罩(1)由铝基板材制成。
5、根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯管，其特征在于所述散热罩(1)下端设置有螺孔(102)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯管，其特征在于所述灯罩(2)由透明材料制成。
