Abstract

灌装机包装袋接收夹持装置,一转盘的边沿上均布有夹持组件,转盘上靠近边沿处设有若干沿其周向均布的导槽,导槽的圆心与转盘的回转中心重合,底座上铰接的一挂钩上的轴销伸入于导槽中,夹持组件具有的一底座上铰接有夹持臂,夹持臂后端与底座后部之间抵靠有弹簧,夹持臂下部固定有一挡块,转盘上固定有与挡块对准的凸块,底座与转盘之间连有弹簧,转盘外侧设有与挂钩配合的拨爪,转盘外侧设有固定在一支架上的汽缸,拨爪与支架及汽缸的活塞杆铰接。本实用新型可在转盘连续运转中由夹持组件准确接收、并夹持包装袋,避免了转盘工作时的频繁启动、停止,保证了转盘始终稳定的匀速运转,大大提高了设备的生产效率。

灌装机包装袋接收夹持装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及灌装机上的包装袋夹持装置,具体地说是一种灌装机包装袋的接收夹持装置。
背景技术
目前,市场上的各种广口成型袋供袋式灌装机基本都采用以圆形转盘多工位旋转包装的方式,这种方式所要求的基本结构模式是,在圆形转盘上均布有若干夹持装置,在圆形转盘外侧设有送袋机构,通过送袋机构向各夹持装置上送袋,来实现对产品的包装。现有的成型袋供袋式灌装机其夹持装置在转盘上是固定的,为实现送袋机构对转盘上各工位送袋的要求,转盘采用的是步进式转动方式,以便在转盘暂停时,由送袋机构向夹持装置供袋,但步进的转盘在不断的启动-停止-启动的过程中消耗了大量的有效时间,设备的工作效率较低,且转盘的频繁启动、停止,设备的功耗也较大。对于现有的微小灌装口成型包装袋的包装机来说,包装袋是由人工来向灌装台上的灌装嘴上直接插入的,采用人工插入的方式,劳动效率低,人为造成污染的几率大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种灌装机包装袋接收夹持装置,该装置可在转盘的连续运转中实现夹持组件准确的接收、并夹持送袋装置传递过来的包装袋。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:灌装机包装袋接收夹持装置,它具有一转盘和若干夹持组件,夹持组件在转盘的边沿上均布,转盘上靠近边沿处设有若干段沿其周向均布的圆弧形的导槽,导槽的圆心与转盘的回转中心重合,夹持组件具有一底座,在底座上铰接有一挂钩,挂钩上固定有的一轴销伸入于导槽中,在底座上端面上铰接有一夹持臂,夹持臂的后端与底座的后部之间抵靠有弹簧,夹持臂下部固定有一挡块,转盘上固定有与挡块对准的凸块,在底座与转盘之间连有弹簧,转盘的外侧设有与挂钩配合的拨爪,在转盘外侧设有固定在支架上的汽缸,拨爪铰接在支架上,汽缸的活塞杆与拨爪铰接。
由上述方案可见,转盘在转动中,当拨爪与一夹持组件上的挂钩相触及时,该夹持组件则会处在暂时停止状态,而转盘则仍处在转动中,此时,由送袋机构即可向该夹持组件上送袋,当送袋完成后,随着转动的转盘上的凸块与夹持臂下部的挡块发生碰撞,张开的夹持臂向下压住包装袋的头部,完成对包装袋夹持,随着转盘的继续转动,操纵汽缸使拨爪与挂钩脱离,该夹持组件便会夹着包装袋随转盘转动至灌装工位,进行灌装。
本实用新型结构合理、性能可靠,避免了转盘频繁启动-停止-启动的这种工作过程,保证了转盘能始终稳定的匀速运转,从而大大提高了设备的生产效率,而且,夹持组件在暂时停止时,它的位置确定,不存在由于转盘的转动间隙或旋转惯性而造成的包装袋交接位置的不确定性,它在与送袋机构交接包装袋时,可靠准确。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例及附图进一步说明本实用新型。
参见图1、图2,本实用新型提供的灌装机包装袋接收夹持装置,它具有一转盘1和若干夹持组件2,夹持组件2在转盘1的边沿上均布。
参见图2,转盘1上靠近边沿处设有若干段沿其周向均布的圆弧形的导槽1a,导槽1a的圆心与转盘1的回转中心重合,导槽1a的末端1a1向转盘1的内侧曲折。
参见图3,夹持组件2具有一底座2a,每一底座2a上嵌装有的一导向块10伸入在一导槽1a中。
参见图2,在底座2a上通过销轴9铰接有一挂钩3,挂钩3上固定有的一轴销8伸入于导槽1a中,在底座2a与转盘1之间连有弹簧7。导槽1a位于转盘1的底面上,挂钩3铰接在底座2a的底部,底座2a与转盘1之间连有的弹簧7的两端与底座2a及转盘1的底部相连。
参见图1、图3,在底座2a上端面上铰接有一夹持臂2b,夹持臂2b后端与底座2a后部之间抵靠弹簧2d的方式为:夹持臂2b的后端通过销轴2c铰接有一顶杆2f,顶杆2f的后部穿过一与底座2a后部铰接的座体2e,抵靠于夹持臂2b后端与底座2a后部之间弹簧2d套在顶杆2f上,弹簧2d的两端分别与顶杆2f的前部和座体2e抵靠。
参见图3,夹持臂2b下部固定有一挡块2g,转盘1上固定有与挡块2f对准的凸块10,凸块10在圆周方向与挡块2f对准,挡块2f的数目与夹持组件2的数目对应。
参见图1、图2、图3,在转盘1外侧设有与挂钩3配合的拨爪4,在转盘1外侧设有固定在支架5上的汽缸6,拨爪4铰接在支架5上,汽缸6的活塞杆6a与拨爪4铰接。
结合图2、图3可见,操纵汽缸6可使拨爪4转动至与挂钩3脱离的位置、或处在阻挡挂钩3的位置。当拨爪4处在阻挡挂钩3的位置时,转盘1在转动中,当拨爪4与一夹持组件上的挂钩3相触及后,该夹持组件则会处在暂时停止状态,而转盘1则仍处在转动中,此时,由送袋机构即可向该夹持组件的底座2上送袋,当送袋完成后,随着转动的转盘1上的凸块10与夹持臂下部的挡块2g发生碰撞,在弹簧2d的作用下,张开的夹持臂2b向下压住包装袋的头部,完成对包装袋夹持,随着转盘1的继续转动,可通过汽缸6操纵拨爪4与挂钩3脱离;也可不用汽缸6动作,在挂钩3与拨爪4相抵的状态下,随着转盘1的继续转动,挂钩3上的轴销8会逐渐滑入到导槽1a曲折的末端1a1中,挂钩3也可与拨爪4脱离。挂钩3与拨爪4脱离后,在弹簧7的作用下,夹持组件2复位、并随转盘1转动至灌装工位,进行灌装。两种脱离方式中,汽缸6通过信号控制来操纵拨爪4转动,可实现拨爪4有选择的阻挡夹持组件,这样,便可实现多工位装袋。

Claims (4)

1、灌装机包装袋接收夹持装置,它具有一转盘和若干夹持组件,夹持组件在转盘的边沿上均布,其特征在于:转盘上靠近边沿处设有若干段沿其周向均布的圆弧形的导槽,导槽的圆心与转盘的回转中心重合,夹持组件具有一底座,在底座上铰接有一挂钩,挂钩上固定有的一轴销伸入于导槽中,在底座上端面上铰接有一夹持臂,夹持臂的后端与底座的后部之间抵靠有弹簧,夹持臂下部固定有一挡块,转盘上固定有与挡块对准的凸块,在底座与转盘之间连有弹簧,转盘的外侧设有与挂钩配合的拨爪,在转盘外侧设有固定在支架上的汽缸,拨爪铰接在支架上,汽缸的活塞杆与拨爪铰接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的灌装机包装袋接收夹持装置,其特征在于:导槽的末端向转盘的内侧曲折。
3、根据权利要求1所述的灌装机包装袋接收夹持装置,其特征在于:导槽位于转盘的底面上,挂钩铰接在底座的底部,底座与转盘之间连有的弹簧的两端与底座及转盘的底部相连。
4、根据权利要求1所述的灌装机包装袋接收夹持装置,其特征在于:夹持臂的后端铰接有一顶杆,顶杆的后部穿过一与底座后部铰接的座体,抵靠于夹持臂后端与底座后部之间弹簧套在顶杆上,弹簧的两端分别与顶杆的前部和座体抵靠。
