Abstract

一种外墙自保温砌块,它有块状外层构件和块状内层构件;所述块状外层构件和块状内层构件的内侧分别开有至少两条相对应的竖向燕尾槽,且各燕尾槽的底端位于所述构件体中;拉杆两端相应的燕尾头分别置于块状外层构件和块状内层构件相对应的燕尾槽中;在所述块状外层构件和块状内层构件之间设有由石膏砂浆形成的保温层。它的隔热保温好,可满足建筑物的不同节能要求,还具有良好的抗震、防火性能,且施工方便、成本较低。

一种外墙自保温砌块
技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑材料,具体是指具有隔热保温功能的外墙砌块。
背景技术
在节能建筑的推广中,要求建筑物外墙具有良好的隔热保温性能。为适应这种要求,已出现不少外墙隔热保温技术,如设置外墙保温层、研发外墙保温砖等。但它们不同程度存在结构复杂、施工麻烦、造价较高、保温性能不够好等方面的不足,亟待改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提出一种外墙自保温砌块,它的隔热保温好,可满足建筑物的不同节能要求,还具有良好的抗震、防火性能,且施工方便、成本较低。
本实用新型的技术方案是,所述外墙自保温砌块有块状外层构件和块状内层构件,所述块状外层构件和块状内层构件的内侧分别开有至少两条相对应的竖向燕尾槽,且各燕尾槽的底端位于所述构件体中;拉杆两端相应的燕尾头分别置于块状外层构件和块状内层构件相对应的燕尾槽中;在所述块状外层构件和块状内层构件之间设有由石膏砂浆形成的保温层。
以下对本实用新型做出进一步说明。
参见图1,本实用新型所述外墙自保温砌块有块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2;如图2,所述块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2的内侧分别开有至少两条相对应的竖向燕尾槽3,且各燕尾槽3的底端位于所述构件体中(即燕尾槽3不是贯通槽);拉杆4两端相应的燕尾头5分别置于块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2相对应的燕尾槽3中而使该块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2得到连接;在所述块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2之间设有由石膏砂浆形成的保温层5。
进一步地,所述块状外层构件1内侧四周和块状内层构件2内侧四周均有倒角6(参见图3、图4)。
所述块状外层构件1可选用水泥基混合料制成,具有很好的耐水性;块状内层构件2可以是耐水性好的石膏基轻质材料制成的构件。
由以上可知,本实用新型为一种外墙自保温砌块,所述块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2之间的中间保温层5的厚度可以根据建筑物节能要求自由调整;调整时只需更换适当长度的拉杆4即可,从而满足建筑物的不同节能要求;该保温层5最好为现场整体浇灌而消除了热桥;拉杆4将块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2及保温层5三者连接为整体,使其抗剪切强度大大提高,抗震性能好,安全性得到保障;砌块中的石膏材料有利于防火、抗震,其难燃性属A级;所建筑的外墙整体性好,可满足建筑节能65%的目标要求,且使用安全性好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,所述外墙自保温砌块有块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2;如图2,所述块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2的内侧分别开有两条相对应的竖向燕尾槽3,且各燕尾槽3的底端位于所述构件体中(即燕尾槽3不是贯通槽);拉杆4两端相应的燕尾头5分别置于块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2相对应的燕尾槽3中而使该块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2得到连接;在所述块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2之间设有由石膏砂浆形成的保温层5。
进一步地,所述块状外层构件1内侧四周和块状内层构件2内侧四周均有倒角6(参见图3、图4)。
拉杆4相应设置两根,它用玻璃钢制作;该拉杆4为厚板状,厚18mm,宽(高)100mm;燕尾头5为等腰梯形,下底宽31mm,梯形的高为18mm。燕尾槽3位于板长三分之一处开设,槽底端距板底200mm,槽口宽20mm,槽底宽33mm。
所述块状外层构件1用水泥基混合料制作,厚40mm;块状内层构件2用耐水性好的石膏基轻质材料制作,其各项技术指标均达到或超过JG/T169-2005指标要求,且绿色环保,厚度为40mm;其内侧四周均倒角(参见图3、图4)的所述块状外层构件1和块状内层构件2的尺寸均为666mm×500mm×40mm(长×宽×厚)。
保温层5用耐水性好的石膏砂浆浇灌而成;该石膏砂浆由耐水石膏和膨胀珍珠岩(或聚苯颗粒,或发泡剂)组成,其导热系数为0.15W/m.k;除表观密度偏大,其余各项指标均优于JG158-2004。

1、一种外墙自保温砌块,其特征是,它有块状外层构件(1)和块状内层构件(2);所述块状外层构件(1)和块状内层构件(2)的内侧分别开有至少两条相对应的竖向燕尾槽(3),且各燕尾槽(3)的底端位于所述构件体中;拉杆(4)两端相应的燕尾头(5)分别置于块状外层构件(1)和块状内层构件(2)相对应的燕尾槽(3)中;在所述块状外层构件(1)和块状内层构件(2)之间设有由石膏砂浆形成的保温层(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述外墙自保温砌块,其特征是,所述块状外层构件(1)内侧四周和块状内层构件(2)内侧四周均有倒角(6)。
