Abstract
一种LED投光灯,包括固定发光组件的散热件、外置电子驱动器及套于散热件外周的塑料灯罩。所述发光组件由LED灯和固定LED灯的铝基板组成,每个LED灯上套有聚光部件,散热件设有凹槽,发光组件之间以相互倾斜的方式安装于散热件的凹槽中。本实用新型通过对LED投光灯结构的变革,以三个或三个以上的发光组件为一组,相互倾斜安装于散热件凹槽内,提高了光的利用率,节省了电能;另外,由于多个发光组件照射的光相互叠加补充,使光的均匀度更好,被照面各处亮度相差不大。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明装置,更确切的说涉及一种LED投光灯。
背景技术
现有的LED投光灯的光利用率低,根据照度与距离平方成反比的原理,拉远距离只能使被照面照度明显降低,间接的浪费电能,同时光的均匀度差。已有的反光罩式的不对称配光在上下两边的光强比在1.5/1以下,达不到合理的2.5~3/1左右,光的均匀度较差,只能靠拉远距离来弥补,造成光及电能浪费,且体积庞大,即不方便安装,又不方便隐蔽,影响了被照物外观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种光均匀度好、利用率高的LED投光灯。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种LED投光灯,包括固定发光组件的散热件、聚光部件、外置电子驱动器以及套于散热件外周的塑料灯罩,所述发光组件由LED灯和固定LED灯的铝基板组成,每个LED灯上套有聚光部件,聚光部件为具有不同光束角的透镜或反光杯,散热件设有凹槽,发光组件以相互倾斜的方式安装于凹槽中。
所述发光组件以三个或三个以上为一组,每组中的两个或两个以上的发光组件成相反倾斜方向固定于凹槽底部,另一个或一个以上发光组件固定在散热件的凹槽中心位置上。
所述散热件是条型,散热件内的凹槽纵向设置,在散热件外周设有安装防水胶条的槽道及通孔。
外置电子驱动器通过出线与LED灯电联接,出线穿插于防水堵头中,防水堵头上固定有防水线夹,防水堵头与散热件之间垫有防水胶垫,防水堵头、防水胶垫通过螺丝固定于散热件上,在散热件外周安装有纵向设置的防水胶条。
本实用新型通过在散热件内设置有凹槽,凹槽底部安装有发光组件,以三个或三个以上发光组件为一组,其中两个或两个以上发光组件成相反倾斜方向固定于凹槽底部,一个或一个以上发光组件固定于凹槽中心位置,形成三种具有不同照射方向的平面,每个LED灯上都套有不同光束角的透镜或反光杯,三种不同照射方向的平面结合不同光束角的透镜或反光杯,形成一种不对称配光,提高了光利用率,节省了电能;另外,多个发光组件照射的光相互叠加补充,使光的均匀度更好,被照面各自亮度相差不大。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如附图1、2、3所示,本实用新型公开了一种光均匀度好、利用率高的LED投光灯。
本实用新型包括固定发光组件的散热件14、聚光部件、外置电子驱动器110以及套于散热件14外周的塑料灯罩18,所述发光组件由LED灯和固定LED灯的铝基板组成,每个LED灯上套有聚光部件,聚光部件为具有不同光束角的透镜或反光杯16,散热件14设有凹槽,发光组件以相互倾斜的方式安装于凹槽中。
所述散热件14是条型,凹槽外周开有安装防水胶条17的槽道以及通孔(31)、(33)。所述LED灯及铝基板15是用螺丝固定在散热件14的凹槽底部,LED灯及铝基板15以三个或三个以上为一组,其中两个或两个以上LED灯及铝基板15成相反倾斜方向固定于凹槽底部,一个或一个以上LED灯及铝基板15固定于凹槽中心位置,形成三种具有不同照射方向的平面,每个LED灯上都套有具有不同光束角的透镜或反光杯16,三种不同的照射方向的平面结合不同光束角的透镜或反光杯16,形成一种不对称配光,提高了光利用率,使光均匀度更好,节了电能。每组中的LED灯及铝基板15可为三个、四个或五个,在此不作限定。所述散热件14外周套有塑料灯罩18,LED灯通过出线与外置电子驱动器110电联接,并用防水线夹11夹紧于防水堵头12,用螺丝把防水堵头12及防水胶垫13压紧于散热件14上,防水胶条17穿入散热件14外周沿母线方向开有的槽道,并套上塑料灯罩18,形成防水密封腔。所述塑料灯罩18由工程塑胶制成的管体,耐抗击,其表面有通孔,使空气对流散热。连接管19连接各个LED投光灯。所述外置电子驱动器110放置于塑料灯罩18外。

Claims (5)
1.一种LED投光灯,包括固定发光组件的散热件、聚光部件、外置电子驱动器以及套于散热件外周的塑料灯罩,所述发光组件由LED灯和固定LED灯的铝基板组成,每个LED灯上套有聚光部件,其特征在于:所述的散热件设置有凹槽,发光组件以相互倾斜的方式安装于凹槽中。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述发光组件以三个或三个以上为一组,每组中的两个或两个以上的发光组件成相反倾斜方向安装于凹槽底部,另一个或一个以上发光组件安装在散热件的凹槽中心位置上。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述散热件是条型,散热件的凹槽纵向设置,在散热件外周设有安装防水胶条的槽道以及通孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED投光灯,其特征在于:所述发光组件中的LED灯通过出线与外置电子驱动器电联接,出线穿插于防水堵头中,防水堵头上固定有防水线夹,防水堵头与散热件之间垫有防水胶垫,防水堵头、防水胶垫通过螺丝固定于散热件上,在散热件外周安装有纵向设置的防水胶条。
5.如权利要求1—4任一项所述的LED投光灯,其特征在于:套在所述发光组件中的LED灯上的聚光部件为具有不同光束角的透镜或反光杯。
