改进型电解槽,包括电解槽的槽体、设置在槽体顶部的出液管、进液管,所述的进液管由槽体上部引入槽体内底部并水平设置,在进液管的水平段至少间隔设置两个开孔;进液管水平段的下半部分管体上设置开孔。采用了这种结构后,可有效防止渗漏现象发生,大大增加了设备的使用寿命,同时降低了维修成本,提高了生产效率,并避免了因渗漏带来的不必要的经济损失。进液管水平段的下半部分管体上设置开孔,防止固体物质进入管道中,堵塞管道。

本实用新型涉及一种电解槽。
背景技术
如图1所示的现在通用的电解槽,包括电解槽的槽体5、设置在槽体5顶部的出液管2、进液管6,电解槽有多个焊接口,时间长了焊接口容易出现渗漏现象,尤其对于贵金属加工行业来说,将会造成较大的经济损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种更加安全可靠的改进型电解槽。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:改进型电解槽,包括电解槽的槽体、设置在槽体顶部的出液管、进液管,所述的进液管由槽体上部引入槽体内底部并水平设置,在进液管的水平段至少间隔设置两个开孔。
所述的进液管水平段的下半部分管体上设置开孔。
采用了这种结构后,可有效防止渗漏现象发生,大大增加了设备的使用寿命,同时降低了维修成本,提高了生产效率,并避免了因渗漏带来的不必要的经济损失。进液管水平段的下半部分管体上设置开孔,防止固体物质进入管道中,堵塞管道。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图2所示的改进型电解槽,包括电解槽的槽体5、设置在槽体5顶部的出液管2、进液管1,所述的进液管1由槽体5上部引入槽体5内底部并水平设置,然后根据需要引入合适部位,在进液管1的水平段4间隔设置多个开孔3,用于液体循环,本实施例中在进液管1水平段4的下半部分管体上设置开孔3。这样开孔的方向朝下呈一定的角度,防止固体物质进入管道中,堵塞管道。

1、改进型电解槽,包括电解槽的槽体、设置在槽体顶部的出液管、进液管,其特征在于:所述的进液管由槽体上部引入槽体内底部并水平设置,在进液管的水平段至少间隔设置两个开孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的改进型电解槽,其特征在于:所述的进液管水平段的下半部分管体上设置开孔。
