本实用新型涉及一种车身贴,尤其是涉及一种压纹铸型背胶层PVC车身贴。
背景技术
PVC车身贴不仅用于汽车上,也可大量的用于地铁车站、机场候机厅等场合广告的制作。现在的PVC车身贴一般包括喷绘介质、胶层以及防粘纸,在贴膜施工中,只要揭开防粘纸,让胶层与车身粘合就可。目前,为了使胶层更好地与车身贴合紧密,一般都要使用水来贴膜,给贴膜施工带来了不便,尤其在需要揭去车身贴的时候,也不容易揭,往往还有残胶存留,清洗也不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种压纹铸型背胶层PVC车身贴,不需要用水,且易贴易揭,不留残胶。
本实用新型所需要解决的问题是通过如下的技术方案实现的:它包括喷绘介质、胶层以及防粘纸,所述的防粘纸为压纹铸型防粘纸,所述的胶层为压纹铸型胶层,压纹铸型分阴纹和阳纹组成,沟槽相连的压纹铸型构成规则的菱形结构。
本实用新型所述的压纹铸型胶层的厚度为0.025-0.03mm,其压纹深度为0.01-0.012mm,阴纹宽为0.02-0.03mm,阳纹宽为0.14-0.16mm,压纹菱形的角度为30°、45°、60°、75°、90°、105°、120°、135°或150°。
本实用新型采用的上述结构,由于胶层为压纹铸型胶层,阳纹粘贴车身,阴纹排除空气,易贴易揭,能够有效提高贴膜施工效率。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2可知,该压纹铸型背胶层PVC车身贴包括喷绘介质1、胶层2以及防粘纸3,所述的防粘纸3为压纹铸型防粘纸,所述的胶层2为压纹铸型胶层,压纹铸型分阴纹4和阳纹5组成,沟槽相连的压纹铸型构成规则的菱形结构。压纹铸型胶层2在喷绘介质1与防粘纸3中间。先在防粘纸3的一面压制出压纹铸型图案,在喷绘介质1的背面,采用转移涂布的方法涂上压纹铸型胶层2,压纹铸型胶层的厚度为0.025-0.03mm,再把防粘纸3有压纹铸型图案的一面复合在胶层2上,使胶层2形成与防粘纸3一致的压纹铸型图案,其压纹深度为0.01-0.012mm,阴纹宽为0.02-0.03mm,阳纹宽为0.14-0.16mm,压纹菱形的角度θ为30°、45°、60°、75°、90°、105°、120°、135°或150°中的一种,每15°的变化为一种压纹菱形的角度。

1、一种压纹铸型背胶层PVC车身贴,包括喷绘介质、胶层以及防粘纸,其特征在于:所述的防粘纸为压纹铸型防粘纸,所述的胶层为压纹铸型胶层,压纹铸型分阴纹和阳纹组成,沟槽相连的压纹铸型构成规则的菱形结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种压纹铸型背胶层PVC车身贴,其特征在于:所述的压纹铸型胶层的厚度为0.025-0.03mm,其压纹深度为0.01-0.012mm,阴纹宽为0.02-0.03mm,阳纹宽为0.14-0.16mm,压纹菱形的角度为30°、45°、60°、75°、90°、105°、120°、135°或150°。
