本实用新型公开一种双列调心轴承。具体说,是具有高载荷、高转速性能的双列调心轴承。该双列调心轴承含有内圈和外圈,内圈与外圈间有保持架。该保持架为单片实体保持架,其两侧均布有兜孔,且两侧的兜孔间呈交叉状布置。每个兜孔内均有滚动体,其特点是所述滚动体含有球面滚子和钢球,该球面滚子和钢球沿保持架的圆周方向呈交替状布置。这种双列调心轴承,既能用在转速要求较高的场合,又能用在载荷要求较大的场合,适用范围不受限制。

本实用新型涉及一种轴承。具体说,是具有高载荷、高转速性能的双列调心轴承。
背景技术
在机械制造行业都知道,各种机械上使用的双列调心轴承主要有双列调心滚子轴承和双列调心球轴承两种。该两种轴承均由内圈、外圈、内外圈之间的保持架和安装在保持架兜孔内的滚动体组成。其中,双列调心滚子轴承的滚动体为球面滚子,双列调心球轴承的滚动体为钢球。由于双列调心滚子轴承的滚动体为球面滚子,球面滚子与内外圈间的接触为线接触,接触面积较大,接触面积一大,载荷就大。但接触面一大,摩擦力就大,因此,这种轴承的极限转速较低,不能用在转速要求较高的场合,适用范围受到限制。而双列调心球轴承的滚动体为钢球,钢球与内外圈间的接触面为点接触,接触面积较小,接触面一小,摩擦力就小,因此这种轴承的极限转速较高。但钢球与内外圈间的接触面一小,所能承受的载荷就小,因此,这种轴承不能用在载荷要求较大的场合,适用范围也受到了限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种双列调心轴承。这种双列调心轴承,既能用在转速要求较高的场合,又能用在载荷要求较大的场合,适用范围不受限制。
为解决上述问题,采取以下技术方案:
本实用新型的双列调心轴承含有内圈和外圈,内圈与外圈间有保持架。该保持架为单片实体保持架,其两侧均布有兜孔,且两侧的兜孔间呈交叉状布置。每个兜孔内均有滚动体,其特点是所述滚动体含有球面滚子和钢球,该球面滚子和钢球沿保持架的圆周方向呈交替状布置。
在外圈的外圆上加工有周向凹槽,周向凹槽内加工有油孔。
采取上述方案,具有以下优点:
由于本实用新型的双列调心轴承其滚动体含有球面滚子和钢球,该球面滚子和钢球沿保持架的圆周方向呈交替状布置,采用点接触和线接触相结合的摩擦原理,不仅提高了轴承的极限转速,还提高了载荷。使得本实用新型不仅能用在在转速要求较高的场合,又能用在载荷要求较大的场合,适用范围不受限制。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型的双列调心轴承含有内圈6和外圈2,内圈6与外圈2间安装有保持架4。其中的保持架4为单片实体保持架,其两侧均布有兜孔,且两侧的兜孔间呈交叉状布置。每个兜孔内均安装有滚动体。其中的滚动体含有球面滚子5和钢球1,该球面滚子和钢球沿保持架4的圆周方向呈交替状布置,即按照一个球面滚子2、一个钢球1、一个球面滚子2、一个钢球1......的顺序交替状布置。采用点接触和线接触相结合的摩擦原理,不仅提高了轴承的极限转速,还提高了载荷。
为便于向轴承内添加润滑油,在外圈(2)的外圆上加工有周向凹槽,周向凹槽内加工有用来加油的油孔3。

1.双列调心轴承,包括内圈(6)和外圈(2),内圈(6)与外圈(2)间有保持架(4);该保持架为单片实体保持架,其两侧均布有兜孔,且两侧的兜孔间呈交叉状布置;每个兜孔内均有滚动体,其特征在于所述滚动体含有球面滚子(5)和钢球(1),该球面滚子和钢球沿保持架(4)的圆周方向呈交替状布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双列调心轴承,其特征在于外圈(2)的外圆上有周向凹槽,周向凹槽内有油孔(3)。
