Abstract
本实用新型的名称为一种LED节能灯。属于LED光源和节能灯技术领域。它主要是解决现有现有LED光源作为节能灯存在实用性差、现有高压节能灯耗能也相对十分严重的问题。它的主要特征是:包括灯头体、荧光灯罩;在灯头体内设有晶源基座、晶源散热器、晶源线路板、直流电源模块和晶源发光体;荧光灯罩的端部罩在晶源发光体上。本实用新型具有发光效率高、节能效果显著和实用性强的特点,主要用于日常环境照明的节能灯。

技术领域
本实用新型属于LED光源和节能灯技术领域。具体涉及一种LED节能灯。
背景技术
传统的LED光源,虽然其发光效率高,节能效果显著,但由于其发出的光线方向性强、光衰严重等缺点无法克服,因而一至未走向实用的照明阶段。传统的高压节能灯管已非常成熟,其采用的是由高压发光器点亮荧光管内的灯丝,从而激发荧光粉发光,粗大的灯丝发热量大,实际耗能也十分严重,节能效果并不十分理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述不足之处而提供一种发光效率高、节能效果显著、实用的LED节能灯。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种LED节能灯,包括灯头体、荧光灯罩,其特征是:在灯头体内设有晶源基座、晶源散热器、晶源线路板、直流电源模块和晶源发光体;荧光灯罩的端部罩在晶源发光体上。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的荧光灯罩为荧光灯管。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的荧光灯罩为荧光灯泡。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的灯头体为插入式灯头体。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的灯头体为螺纹式灯头体。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的荧光管为“∪”型荧光灯管。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的荧光灯管为圆环荧光灯管。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的荧光灯管为直管状荧光灯管。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的直管状荧光灯管是单管或者多管并列的。
本实用新型的技术解决方案中所述的直流电源模块为12V直流电源模块。
本实用新型由灯头体、荧光灯罩、晶源基座、晶源散热器、晶源线路板、直流电源模块和晶源发光体组成,其中,荧光灯罩的端部罩在晶源发光体上,灯头体可为插入式或螺纹式,当将本实用新型直接插入现有的各种照明灯具中时,直流电源模块将220V交流电转换成12V直流电向串联和并联的晶源发光体供电,晶源发光体被12V直流电激活发光,晶源发光体发出的强光在荧光管内发生多次折射,从而在管外释放出具有一定度,并且均匀柔和的光线。本实用新型克服了现有LED光源作为节能灯存在实用性差、现有高压节能灯耗能也相对十分严重的缺点,具有发光效率高、节能效果显著和实用性强的特点。本实用新型主要用于日常环境照明的节能灯。

具体实施方式
实施例1如图1、图2、图6所示,为“∪”型荧光灯管结构的LED节能灯。灯头体1为螺纹式,外形与现有节能灯一致。灯头体1内装有晶源散热器8、晶源基座6、晶源线路板7、直流电源模块5和晶源发光体2。荧光灯罩为“∪”型荧光灯管3,“∪”型荧光灯管3的端部罩在晶源发光体2上,共有三组灯管,6个晶源发光体2。直流电源模块5可将220V交流电源转换成12V直流电源,向串联和并联的晶源发光体2供电,晶源发光体2被12V直流电激活发光,晶源发光体2发出的强光在“∪”型荧光灯管内发生多次折射,从而在管外释放出具有一定照度、并且均匀柔和的光线。
实施例2如图3所示。实施例2除灯管个数及晶源发光体个数不同外,其余均与实施例1相同。实施例2采用二组“∪”型荧光灯管3及4个晶源发光体。
实施例3如图4所示。实施例3除灯管个数及晶源发光体个数不同外,其余均与实施例1相同。实施例3采用四组“∪”型荧光灯管3及8个晶源发光体。
实施例4如图5所示。与实施例1不同仅是荧光灯罩的形状,灯头体1与实施例1中相同。荧光灯罩4为荧光灯泡。晶源发光体2个数根据功率大小选择。
实施例5如图7、图8、图9所示,为圆环状荧光管结构的LED节能灯。灯头体9为插入式的。晶源发光体2设在灯头体9的两侧,圆环形荧光管11的两侧端分别罩在两侧的晶源发光体2上。晶源散热器13、晶源基座12形状作相应变化即可。中间的晶源线路板上的接线柱14为正极,两侧的接线柱为负极。
实施例6如图10、图11、图12所示,为直管式荧光灯管结构的LED节能灯。灯头体15分设在灯管16的两端,均设有晶源散热器17、晶源基座18、晶源线路板19、直流电源模块和晶源发光体,为插入式灯头体。中间的晶源线路板19上的接线柱20为正极,两侧的接线柱为负极。直流电源模块也可只有一套,设在某一侧的灯头体15内。直管式LED节能灯外形与现有日光灯管相同,可直接插入现有的日光灯座。
Claims (10)
1、一种LED节能灯,包括灯头体(1、9、15)、荧光灯罩(3、4、11、16),其特征是:在灯头体(1、9、15)内设有晶源基座(8、12、18)、晶源散热器(6、13、17)、晶源线路板(7、19)、直流电源模块(5)和晶源发光体(2);荧光灯罩(3、4、11、16)的端部罩在晶源发光体(2)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的荧光灯罩(3、11、16)为荧光灯管。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的荧光灯罩(4)为荧光灯泡。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的灯头体(9、15)为插入式灯头体。
5、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的灯头体(1)为螺纹式灯头体。
6、根据权利要求2所述的一种LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的荧光管为“∪”型荧光灯管(3)。
7、根据权利要求2所述的一种LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的荧光灯管为圆环荧光灯管(11)。
8、据权利要求2所述的一种LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的荧光灯管为直管状荧光灯管(16)。
9、据权利要求8所述的一种LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的直管状荧光灯管是单管或者多管并列的。
10、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种LED节能灯,其特征是:所述的直流电源模块(5)为12V直流电源模块。
