Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种常压节能蒸气发生器，包括水箱，在水箱底部设有加热室与排水管，在加热室中安装有吸热管，该吸热管的两端与水箱相通，在该加热室顶部装有排烟管，该排烟管经过水箱上部与水箱顶部烟囱相通，在水箱的顶部一侧设有送汽口，该水箱的顶部另一侧设有“U”型泄压装置，在水箱的一侧设有进水管与浮球阀，在水箱的另一侧装有液位显示器。减少热量的流失，不需人工加水，确保水箱在有水下工作，充分利用热能加热水箱的水而产生常压蒸汽，由于安装有“U”型泄压装置，所以蒸气压力在常压力下工作；在水箱上安装液位器，可随时观测水箱内的水位；具有结构合理、热效率高、安全可靠和使用方便的特点，适用于餐饮业对食品的加工。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种蒸气发生器，尤其涉及一种适用于餐饮业并且有安全保障的常压节能蒸气发生器。
【背景技术】
目前，在餐饮业中用于蒸馒头、蒸米饭、米粉、菜肴等食物的蒸气加热法多为普通蒸锅，是将盛有水的锅头放置炉灶上加热，再在锅头上放置蒸笼，把食物蒸熟，这种加热方式，由于蒸锅为单层加热面结构，燃烧的热量未能很好的被水吸收加热转化蒸气，较多的热量会从炉灶与锅头的空隙中流失，余热得不到有效利用，因此存在热效率低、产汽速度慢、人为被动加水不便的缺点。为克服上述缺点，如中国专利公报所公开的专利号为02272843.0名称为“节能蒸气发生器”。其能解决上述的缺点，但还存在不足之处，其外置的供水装置，因小水箱与大水箱相通，加热大水箱的热量会由小水箱散发一部分，从而热量不能得到充分利用。
【实用新型内容】
为克服现有技术的上述缺点，本实用新型提供一种供水装置安装在加热水箱中，通过设置的浮球的自动供水装置能及时为水箱加水，从而热量能得到充分利用的常压节能蒸气发生器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种常压节能蒸气发生器，包括水箱，在水箱底部设有加热室与排水管，在加热室中安装有吸热管，该吸热管的两端与水箱相通，在该加热室顶部装有排烟管，该排烟管经过水箱上部与水箱顶部烟囱相通，在水箱的顶部一侧设有送汽口，该水箱的顶部另一侧设有“U”型泄压装置，在水箱的一侧设有进水管与浮球阀，在水箱的另一侧装有液位显示器。

本实用新型的有效果是；把浮球阀自动供水装置安装在水箱内，减少热量的流失，不需人工加水，确保水箱在有水下工作，充分利用热能加热水箱的水而产生常压蒸汽蒸熟食物，由于安装有“U”型泄压装置，所以蒸气压力在常压力下工作；在水箱上安装液位器，可随时观测水箱内的水位。本实用新型具有结构合理、热效率高、安全可靠和使用方便的特点，适用于餐饮业对食品的加工。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明
参见图1，一种常压节能蒸气发生器包括水箱1，在水箱1底部设有加热室2与排水管5，在加热室2中安装有吸热管3，该吸热管3的两端与水箱1相通，在该加热室2顶部装有排烟管4，该排烟管4经过水箱1上部与水箱1顶部烟囱接口6相通，在水箱1的顶部一边设有送汽口7，在水箱1的顶部另一边设有“U”型泄压装置11，在水箱1的一侧设有进水管8与浮球阀9，在水箱1的另一侧装有液位显示器10。在水箱1内设置的加热室2中安装至少一条以上吸热管3，增大其受热面积，加快水加热速度，并在加热室2与烟囱间安装排烟管4，该排烟管4是经水箱1与烟囱相接，该排烟管4是浸在水中，从而使得排烟管4的余热被水充分吸收，有效地节约了能源，把浮球阀9自动供水装置安装在水箱1内，减少热量的流失，不需人工加水，确保水箱1在有水下工作，由于在水箱1安装有“U”型泄压装置11，所以蒸气压力控制在常压下工作。在水箱1上安装液位器10，可随时观测水箱1内的水位。本实用新型具有结构合理、热效率高、安全可靠和使用方便的特点，适用于餐饮业对食品的加工。

1、一种常压节能蒸气发生器，包括水箱，其特征是：在水箱底部设有加热室与排水管，在加热室中安装有吸热管，该吸热管的两端与水箱相通，在该加热室顶部装有排烟管，该排烟管经过水箱上部与水箱顶部烟囱相通，在水箱的顶部一侧设有送汽口，该水箱的顶部另一侧设有“U”型泄压装置，在水箱的一侧设有进水管与浮球阀，在水箱的另一侧装有液位显示器。
2、如权利要求1所述的常压节能蒸气发生器，其特征是：所述吸热管至少有一条。
