本实用新型提供了一种节钼型复合电极,包括非钼型材料部分和钼电极部分,非钼导电材料部分和钼电极通过螺纹副直接连接;钼电极部分仅为整体或钼电极重量的三分之一,节约了大量的钼材料,当钼电极报废后换上新的电极又可继续使用;采用本实用新型方案制作的节钼型复合电极,结构合理,工艺简单,耗钼量大为减少,具有显著的经济效益。

技术领域
一种节钼型复合电极,尤其是玻璃纤维拉丝炉所用的电极。
背景技术
玻璃纤维拉丝炉均采用钼电极来传送电能,加热熔化玻璃,现有的钼电极都是整体式,它主要由电极片、电极把、内套、外套管构成,其电极片和电极把之间用钼螺钉相接,电极把是一整根钼棒,这种整体式钼电极不仅耗钼量大,而且制作工艺复杂,由于在1300℃以上高温下工作,电极杷经常被空气氧化,烧断,导致钼电极的完全报废,钼电极报废后不能再生使用。

为了解决钼电极消耗大,报废后不能再生使用的问题
本实用新型提供了一种节钼型复合电极,包括非钼型材料部分和钼电极部分,非钼导电材料部分和钼电极通过螺纹副直接连接。
钼电极部分仅为整体或钼电极重量的三分之一,节约了大量的钼材料,当钼电极报废后换上新的电极又可继续使用。
采用本实用新型方案制作的节钼型复合电极,结构合理,工艺简单,耗钼量大为减少,具有显著的经济效益。

具体实施方式
图1为一种整体式钼电极结构剖视图,由电极片1、电极把2、内套管3、外套管4构成,其电极片1和电极把2之间用钼螺钉5相接,电极把2是一整根钼棒,
图2为本实用新型的结构剖视图中,6为钼电极,7为非钼导电材料部分,8为钼电极一端车成的外螺纹,9为非钼导电材料车成的内螺纹,8和9相互旋合形成螺纹副,当钼电极6报废后,可换上新的钼电极继续使用,非钼导电材料9可为元钢或铜。

1.一种节钼型复合电极,包括非钼型材料部分和钼电极部分,其特征在于:所述非钼导电材料部分和钼电极通过螺纹副直接连接。
