Abstract

本实用新型涉及建筑机械行业中立轴行星式混凝土搅拌机的传动装置，该装置可实现混凝土搅拌运动既有自转又有公转的性能。它由电机、齿轮、齿轮轴、回转支撑等组成：电机输出转速通过一级、二级齿轮减速后第三级齿轮轴将动力分成两部分，一部分实现搅拌机的自转另一部分实现搅拌机的公转。本实用新型具有结构设计合理、新颖、装配方便、制造简单、成本低等优点。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种装配方便、制造简单、成本低的行星式搅拌机传动装置，它主要适用于建筑机械行业立轴行星式搅拌机的传动装置。
背景技术：
现有技术中，建筑机械中用的立轴行星式搅拌机的传动装置存在以下缺点：a，结构比较复杂，现有技术往往是电机通过一级、二级、三级减速而形成公转转速，在公转减速机构的基础上又增速而形成自转转速；b，工作温升高，因结构需要必须采用传动比大、结构紧凑的减速箱，所以又出现了传动装置工作温升高的问题。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足，而提供一种结构设计合理、新颖、制造简单的新型结构，其通过第三级齿轮轴将转速分成自转及公转两部分，从而结构更简化、紧凑。又因此种结构公转、自转全部集中在一个齿轮箱内，所以齿轮加大了齿轮散热面积，避免了减速机温升过高的问题。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型所提出的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
参见图1：通过安装在电机(1)输出轴上的一级小齿轮(2)与一级大齿轮(3)啮合进行第一级减速；通过安装在一级大齿轮(3)上的二级齿轮轴(4)与二级大齿轮(5)啮合进行第二级减速；通过安装在二级大齿轮(5)上的三级齿轮轴(6)将动力分成两部分，一部分通过安装在三级齿轮轴(6)上的公转小齿轮(7)与回转支撑(8)上固定的内齿轮啮合：另一部分通过三级齿轮轴(6)与自转大齿轮(10)啮合。
参见图4回转支撑(8)内圈(14)及外圈(13)可以通过滚珠(17)在滚道(18)内滚动而实现相对回转。
参见图2、图3、图5、图6，回转支撑内圈(14)通过螺栓(101)固定在上盖(15)上，同时回转支撑内卡口(20)与上盖外卡口(19)相配合，起定位作用；回转支撑外圈(13)通过螺栓(102)固定在箱座(16)上，同时回转支撑外卡口(21)与箱座外卡口(22)相配合，起定位作用。
工作时，上盖(15)固定在搅拌机上不动的，通过安装在三级齿轮轴(6)上的公转小齿轮(7)与回转支撑(8)内圈(14)的内齿轮啮合，因回转支撑(8)的内圈(14)固定在固定的上盖(15)上，所以迫使公转小齿轮(7)在内圈(14)齿面上滚动，同时带动箱座(16)做公转运动；通过三级齿轮轴(6)与自转大齿轮(10)啮合，实现行星轴(11)自转，因行星轴固定在箱座上，所以行星轴即可以随着箱座做公转运动又可在自转大齿轮(10)的驱动下做自转运动。
本实用新型具有结构设计合理、新颖、装配方便、制造简单、成本低等优点。

Claims (4)

1.行星式搅拌机的一种高效传动装置，它由电机、齿轮、齿轮轴、回转支撑、上盖、箱体等组成，其特征在于：通过安装在电机(1)输出轴上的一级小齿轮(2)与一级大齿轮(3)啮合进行第一级减速；通过安装在一级大齿轮(3)上的二级齿轮轴(4)与二级大齿轮(5)啮合进行第二级减速；通过安装在二级大齿轮(5)上的三级齿轮轴(6)将动力分成两部分：一部分通过安装在三级齿轮轴(6)上的公转小齿轮(7)与回转支撑(8)上固定的内齿轮(14)啮合，另一部分通过三级齿轮轴(6)与自转大齿轮(10)啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的传动装置，其特征在于：回转支撑(8)内圈(14)及外圈(13)可以通过滚珠(17)在滚道(18)内滚动而实现相对回转。
3.如权利要求1所述的传动装置，其特征在于：回转支撑内圈(14)通过螺栓(101)固定在上盖(15)上，同时回转支撑内卡口(20)与上盖外卡口(19)相配合，起定位作用：回转支撑外圈(13)通过螺栓(102)固定在箱底(16)上，同时回转支撑外卡口(21)与箱底外卡口(22)相配合，起定位作用。
4.如权利要求1所述的传动装置，其特征在于：各级齿轮轴均通过轴承安装在箱底(16)。
