背景技术
铣型线是转子加工过程中一个非常重要的工序，其有切削力大的特征，由于没有合适的夹具，在铣型线时要求工件上铣一个夹头。这个夹头给后续车床加工带来很大的不便，浪费刀具、工时。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是制作一个简单夹具，即要求工件没有铣夹头，又要安全、快捷。
转子加工过程中，铣型线切削深度大，应力大，由于夹具限制，工件上必须铣一个专门的夹头，来带动工件转动。这样既多了一道工序，又给后续车床加工时产生断续切削，损害设备、刀具，浪费工时。因此，夹具不能要求工件有夹头。
技术方案
型线铣床专用夹具由带有顶尖的铣床夹头1、有弹性豁口的拨头2、内六角圆柱头螺钉3组成。铣床夹头上六个通孔5和机床主轴用螺栓连接，其上面的顶尖和机床尾座顶尖来定位工件；拨头安装在工件6外圆上，用螺栓4来拧紧，依靠拨头和工件的摩擦力来驱动工件；工件放到机床后，拨头凸起部分和铣床夹头用螺栓来固定连接驱动工件。
本实用新型的优点为：安装方便省时、不需要夹头，节省费用，方便后续加工。

具体实施方式
参阅图1，本实用新型由铣床夹头1、拨头2和六角螺钉3组成。铣床夹头上六个通孔5和机床主轴通过螺栓连接，铣床夹头里面的顶尖和机床尾座顶尖接触，铣床夹头莫氏锥度孔中放入顶尖，来定位工件；然后通过调节机床上带有的螺钉和铣床夹头与主轴连接端的小外圆之间拧紧力，来调整顶尖的位置。拨头安装在工件6外圆上，拨头用扭力扳手通过螺栓紧固到工件上以后，同工件一起吊装到机床上，使拨头凸起部分和铣床夹头凹陷部分配合，并用铣床夹头的顶尖和机床尾座顶尖顶紧，拧动铣床夹头上的两个螺栓4，使拨头和铣床夹头之间没有相对运动，然后拧紧，即可加工。批量加工时，只需要拆卸拨头就可以加工，方便快捷。

1.一种型线铣床专用夹具，其特征是由铣床夹头(1)、拨头(2)、内六角圆柱头螺钉(3)组成，铣床夹头和机床主轴通过夹头上六个通孔(5)和机床主轴用螺栓连接，铣床夹头上面的顶尖和机床尾座顶尖接触定位，拨头(2)安装在工件(6)外圆上，使拨头(2)凸起部分和铣床夹头凹陷部分配合，用螺栓(4)拧紧，拨头凸起部分和铣床夹头用螺栓来连接。
