本实用新型涉及阀门技术,特别是一种短距离除渣闸阀。
背景技术
DXZ73Y型除渣闸阀是水处理、煤矿、造纸厂、电力系统中除尘、排渣的启闭关键装置,它有楔形单板、平行单板两大系列,阀门阀体大多采用法兰连接,闸阀的连接结构都很长,在有些除渣系统中不允许安装连接结构很长的闸阀,而且管系重量重。此外,流道进出口径大小一致,流道内腔容易受介质正面磨损,阀门总体耐磨寿命较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种短距离、安装空间要求较小的除渣闸阀。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术解决方案:一种除渣闸阀,包含阀体、闸板、阀杆、阀盖,阀杆与阀盖之间设有填料密封,其特征在于阀体呈“蝶阀体”形。由于闸阀的阀体采用标准的蝶阀结构,缩短了闸阀阀体的流道长度,在安装连接时,使支管两端为对夹连接结构,安装空间较小,实现了除渣闸阀的短距离结构和安装空间小的目的。同时又极大减轻了管系重量,节省了大量的材料,有极强的经济性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例包含阀体(1)、闸板(2)、阀杆(4)、阀盖(5),其中阀体(1)呈“蝶阀体”形,使闸阀流道长度大大缩短;阀体中的流道(3)为喇叭型,采用喇叭型进出口使流向与流体中心产生斜角,避免流道内腔受介质正面磨损,提高了阀门总体耐磨寿命。阀杆(4)与阀盖(5)之间设有填料密封(6),在填料密封(6)的填料函内设置压板蝶簧(7),构成密封自动补偿弹性结构,使阀门在整个使用期间对填料施加压紧力,确保上密封不外泄。
综上所述,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、阀门总体耐磨寿命得到提高。
2、减轻了管系重量,节省了大量的材料,有极强的经济性。
3、长期使用,密封性能好。

1.一种除渣闸阀,包含阀体(1)、闸板(2)、阀杆(4)、阀盖(5),阀杆(4)与阀盖(5)之间设有填料密封(6),其特征在于阀体(1)呈“蝶阀体”形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除渣闸阀,其特征在于阀体中的流道(3)为喇叭型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的除渣闸阀,其特征在于在填料密封(6)的填料函内设置压板蝶簧(7),构成密封自动补偿弹性结构。
