背景技术
麻将在我国有着几千年的历史，是中国百姓传统的娱乐工具，更是大家喜闻乐见的娱乐形式之一。目前销售的麻将通穿由塑料、宝石、象牙、有机玻璃等材料制成，只要分为两种，一种是实心体的麻将牌，随着资源的使用越来越紧张，麻将牌的原材料也跟着水涨船高而导致生产成本过高，符合建设节约型社会的时代要求；另一种为在麻将牌的生成过程中渗入小石块，以节省原材料，但该种麻将牌所需的小石块数量较多而导致生产成本也过于昂贵。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新的麻将牌，能在不改变麻将牌外观和手感的前提下，实现生产方便、节约材料、降低生产成本的目的。
为达成上述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的，一种新的麻将牌，包括面层和底层，面层设有牌名，面层和底层之间形成一个中空框，中空框内置放有一个大小相适应的填充块。上述填充块由石膏粉、水泥及水混合搅拌精制而成。
由于本实用新型面层和底层之间为空心，这样可以节省很多的原材料，而且由于采用石膏粉和水泥制成填充块，可以实现在不改变外观的情况下，麻将牌具有一样的手感和重量，而且填充块的生产成本也便宜。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种新的麻将牌，包括面层1和底层2，面层1设有牌名，面层1和底层2之间形成一个中空框，中空框内置放有一个大小相适应的填充块3。上述填充块3由石膏粉、水泥及水混合搅拌精制而成。中空框和填充块3最佳形状为矩形。由于填充块3和中空框大小相适应而不会导致在使用中发出声响。该种麻将牌的生产方法如下：首先，由石膏粉、水泥及水混合搅拌，晒干制成填充块3备用；其次，结合模具在注塑机里制成面层1；然后，往面层1里放入填充块3再结合模具在注塑机里一体成形。
由于本实用新型面层1和底层2之间为空心，这样可以节省很多的原材料，而且由于采用石膏粉和水泥制成填充块3，可以实现在不改变外观的情况下，麻将牌具有一样的手感和重量，而且填充块的生产成本也比小石块之类的杂合物更加便宜。

1.一种新的麻将牌，包括面层和底层，面层设有牌名，其特址在于：面层和底层之间形成一个中空框，中空框内置放有一个大小相适应的填充块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新的麻将牌，其特征在于：上述填充块由石膏粉、水泥及水混合搅拌精制而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新的麻将牌，其特征在于：上述中空框及填充块均为矩形。
