技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液压减振器压缩阻尼阀的底阀分总成。
背景技术
目前广泛用于液压减振器压缩阻尼阀的底阀分总成,如图1所示,包括底阀杆11、弹簧12、补偿阀片13、底阀座14、阻尼阀片15和挡板16,所述底阀杆11的上端设有一段紧压挡板16的锥体17,其内部设有盲孔,此结构是通过在油压机上用一锥形冲头对底阀杆11上端的盲孔进行冲压膨胀形成的,由于底阀杆锥体17与挡板16为线接触,接触区域小,长期使用后易变形,阻尼阀片15及挡板16易松动,底阀杆11对挡板16和阻尼阀15片的紧固作用减弱,阻尼阀片15与底阀座14贴合的紧密度会降低,造成阻尼力值衰减,耐久性能降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种阻尼阀片与底阀座始终紧密贴合、阻尼力值不会衰减、耐久性能好的液压减振器压缩阻尼阀的底阀分总成。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的液压减振器压缩阻尼阀的底阀分总成,包括底阀杆、弹簧、补偿阀片、底阀座、阻尼阀片和挡板,其特征在于所述底阀杆的上端设有下端面紧压挡板的台阶;
本实用新型的该台阶可通过旋铆机对底阀杆上端进行旋铆而形成,由于该台阶与挡板为面接触,接触区域大,对挡板和阻尼阀片的紧固作用强,阻尼阀片及挡板不易松动,阻尼阀片与底阀座始终贴合紧密,阻尼力值不会衰减,耐久性能降低好。

由图2所示,液压减振器压缩阻尼阀的底阀分总成,包括底阀杆1、弹簧2、补偿阀片3、底阀座4、阻尼阀片5和挡板6,所述底阀杆1的上端设有下端面紧压挡板6的台阶7;该台阶7可通过旋铆机对底阀杆1的上端进行旋铆而形成。
