背景技术:
现有石灰消和机的筒体,包括外壳,外壳的两端分别设有进料口和出料口,外壳内表面设有若干个拔叶,所述拔叶呈三条螺旋线分布,三条螺旋线最顶点处的三个拔叶之间呈120°夹角,所述螺旋线的角度为30°,这种筒体,在石灰进入筒体后,在拔叶的作用下,很快就会从出料口排出,石灰在筒体里停留时间较短,造成近50%的石灰未经充分消化就从筒体出料口排出,浪费严重。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种石灰消和机筒体,该筒体在不增加筒体的长度情况下,能延长石灰在筒体的停留时间,使石灰充分消化,避免浪费。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现,包括外壳,外壳的两端分别设有出料口和进料口,外壳内表面设有若干个拔叶,所述拔叶呈三条螺旋线分布,三条螺旋线顶点处的三个拔叶之间呈120°夹角,其特征是所述螺旋线角度为20°,由于螺旋线角度的减少,从而增加了螺旋线的长度,延长了石灰在筒体内的滞留时间,使石灰能充分消化。
本实用新型具有结构简单,使用效果好等特点,石灰利用率比现有的筒体提高了15个百分点。
