Abstract

一种双开式关门器,包含有一壳体,壳体具有一通道与一连通该通道的贯孔,壳体于通道中装设有一弹性件与一抵顶弹性件的活塞杆,其中活塞杆具有一长槽孔,长槽孔的孔壁具有二排齿,而壳体于贯孔中装设有一可转动的传动轴,传动轴具有一传动齿部,传动齿部可于传动轴转动时啮合其中一排齿;由此,本实用新型不论装设在左开式的门或右开式的门都可被驱动,用以增加安装及使用上的便利性。

双开式关门器
技术领域
本实用新型与关门器有关,特别是有关于一种可分别被左开式的门与右开式的门驱动的双开式关门器。
背景技术
为了让门于开启后不会急剧地关闭,通常会在门上装设一关门器,用以缓冲门的关闭动作。
传统的关门器结构主要包含有一固定于门的长形壳体,长形壳体的轴向装设有一弹簧与一抵顶弹簧的活塞杆,其中活塞杆具有一排齿,而长形壳体的径向则装设有一可转动的传动轴,传动轴具有一可啮合排齿的传动齿部,且传动轴通过一连臂与门框连接。当门被开启后,连臂会带动传动轴转动,使传动轴的传动齿部啮合活塞杆的排齿,以带动活塞杆移动。
一般的门可依据开启方向的不同而区分为左开式的门与右开式的门,由于活塞杆的排齿与传动轴的传动齿部之间是相互配合的,因此,活塞杆的排齿与传动轴的传动齿部的位置会因为关门器装设于左开式的门或右开式的门而恰好相反,换言之,关门器必须依照门开启的方向性来进行安装。然而,关门器于安装时,容易因被人为的疏忽,造成关门器与其所装设的门无法配合,导致必须重新安装关门器,进而浪费安装时间与成本,而且,若安装时未及时发现错误,甚至可能在门被开启后,造成门或关门器受到损坏。因此,传统的关门器必须与门开启的方向性互相配合,在使用上相当的不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种双开式关门器,其可分别被左开式的门与右开式的门驱动,用以增加使用上的便利性。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型一种双开式关门器,其特征在于,包含有:
一壳体,具有一通道与一连通该通道的贯孔;
一弹性件,设于该通道;
一活塞杆,设于该通道,并抵顶该弹性件,该活塞杆具有一长槽孔,且该活塞杆于该长槽孔孔壁的两相对侧分别具有一排齿;以及
一传动轴,可转动地设于该贯孔,该传动轴具有一传动齿部,该传动齿部可选择地啮合该二排齿。
其中该传动轴具有一中心部,该中心部伸入该长槽孔中,该传动齿部设于该中心部,并以该中心部的轴向为圆心而呈弧形分布。
其中该传动齿部呈半圆形分布。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
由此,本实用新型可分别被左开式的门与右开式的门所驱动,而不需担心本实用新型与门开启的方向性是否相互配合,用以增加使用上的便利性。

具体实施方式
请先参阅图1,为本实用新型一较佳实施例的双开式关门器10,其包含有一壳体20、一弹性件30、一活塞杆40、一传动轴50、一第一调整阀60a与一第二调整阀60b。
壳体20装设于一门板上。壳体20具有一贯穿前后两端面的通道22,且壳体20于通道22的两端分别装设有一封盖24,用以将通道22加以封闭,使通道22内可灌注液压油。壳体20的顶面具有一连通通道22的贯孔26。
弹性件30装设于通道22内,且弹性件30的一端抵顶壳体20的一端面。
活塞杆40装设于通道22内,并抵顶弹性件30的另一端。活塞杆40的中央具有一长槽孔42,长槽孔42孔壁的两相对侧分别具有一第一排齿44与一第二排齿46。
传动轴50具有一中心部52与一传动齿部54。中心部52穿过壳体20的贯孔26,并伸入活塞杆40的长槽孔42中,中心部52的顶端具有一方形的连接部522,用以连接一连臂70的一端,而连臂70的另一端则滑移地与一门框连接(此为现有结构,在此容不赘述),使连臂70可通过连接部522而带动中心部52转动。传动齿部54设于中心部52,并以中心部52的轴向为圆心而呈弧形分布。在本实施例中,传动齿部54呈半圆形分布。传动齿部54可由中心部52的转动而分别与第一排齿44或第二排齿46啮合。
第一调整阀60a设于壳体20的顶面,并连通壳体20内部的通道22,用以调整液压油的压力,使液压油可减缓弹性件30推动活塞杆40的推力。在本实施例中,第一调整阀60a可控制门板开门后从90度关闭至15度的速度。
第二调整阀60b设于壳体20的顶面,并连通壳体20内部的通道22。在本实施例中,第二调整阀60b的作用与第一调整阀60a类似,用以控制门板从15度至完全关门后的速度。
经由上述结构,请参阅图3,为本实用新型装设于一左开式的门板80。当门板80开启时,连臂70会带动中心部52转动,此时的传动齿部54会与第一排齿44啮合,如图4所示,用以带动活塞杆40推抵弹性件30。请再参阅图5,若将本实用新型装设于一右开式的门板90,当门板90开启时,连臂80同样会带动中心部52转动,此时的传动齿部54则与第二排齿46啮合,如图6所示。由于传动轴50的传动齿部54呈半圆形分布,使得传动齿部54与第一排齿44啮合时,是与第二排齿46脱离,而传动齿部54与第二排齿46啮合时,是与第一排齿44脱离,因此,传动齿部54与第一、第二排齿44、46之间不会有互相干涉的情形发生。
由此,本实用新型可分别被左开式的门与右开式的门所驱动,在安装时就不用担心是否与门开启的方向性相互配合,用以确实达到增加使用便利性的目的。

Claims (3)

1.一种双开式关门器,其特征在于,包含有:
一壳体,具有一通道与一连通该通道的贯孔;
一弹性件,设于该通道;
一活塞杆,设于该通道,并抵顶该弹性件,该活塞杆具有一长槽孔,且该活塞杆于该长槽孔孔壁的两相对侧分别具有一排齿;以及
一传动轴,可转动地设于该贯孔,该传动轴具有一传动齿部,该传动齿部可选择地啮合该二排齿。
2.如权利要求1所述的双开式关门器,其特征在于,其中该传动轴具有一中心部,该中心部伸入该长槽孔中,该传动齿部设于该中心部,并以该中心部的轴向为圆心而呈弧形分布。
3.如权利要求2所述的双开式关门器,其特征在于,其中该传动齿部呈半圆形分布。
