技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种焊接电极,特别是一种焊接钢格网板的下电极。
背景技术:现有钢格板焊机的基本结构包括:焊机主体上设置油缸、焊接电源、上电极以及下电极。其中,下电极截面为平面形状。这种设备只适于焊接横条为扁钢的钢格板。对于横条为扁钢和条钢间隔的钢格网板,因为扁钢和条钢的厚度不同,焊点处于不同的平面位置,因此无法使用钢格板焊机生产钢格网板。目前尚无专门的钢格网板焊接电极。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是提出一种钢格网板的技术方案,以解决背景技术存在的:无法使用钢格板焊机生产钢格网板,以及目前尚无专门的钢格网板焊接电极的问题。解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种焊接钢格网板的下电极,其特征在于下电极上面为凹、凸间隔形状。
本实用新型与现有技术比较所具有的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,利用下截面为凹、凸间隔的形状的下电极,使得焊点处于不同的平面位置,可以对由厚度不同的横条和扁钢间隔组成的钢格网板进行焊接,完成了生产钢格网板的专用设备。
