一种磁架枢转定位结构,用于使一电脑机壳中的磁架在转动过程中良好定位,所述磁架枢转定位结构包括一阻尼齿轮及一设有在所述阻尼齿轮转动时与其轮齿相啮合的齿槽的支撑件,所述阻尼齿轮设于所述磁架,所述支撑件设于所述电脑机壳,所述磁架前端枢接于所述电脑机壳。所述磁架枢转定位结构定位稳定性好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种磁架枢转定位结构,特别是关于一种可以使枢接在电脑机壳的磁架于旋转过程中良好定位的磁架枢转定位结构。
背景技术
传统的磁架固定方式采用螺丝锁固将磁架固定在电脑机壳内,当对磁架下的元器件(例如主板)拆卸和安装时,首先得拆掉磁架后才能对主板进行拆装作业,使得安装和拆卸过程繁琐,速度缓慢,因此,无螺丝的固定方式已成为业界改善的目标。
业界也推出一种具有旋转功能的电脑机箱磁架结构,其包括一机箱和两磁架,该机箱内竖直设有一固定片,该固定片在其一侧横向凸出至少一定位折片。该两磁架分别枢设在固定片的两侧,其中一磁架外侧边向下设有适当长度的支柱,在内侧边则弯折设有凸出的轴片,该轴片通过一销轴而枢接在该定位折片上,该支柱在该磁架水平放置时可支撑在机箱底部。另一磁架在其外侧弯折形成一折边,而其内侧横向凸出一轴片,该轴片通过一销轴而与该定位折片枢接。然而,当电脑机箱内部需要接修时,所述磁架结构在旋转过程中定位性能不好,影响磁碟机的稳定性。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可以将枢接在电脑机壳的磁架于旋转过程中有良好定位的磁架枢转定位结构。
一种磁架枢转定位结构,用于使一电脑机壳中的磁架在转动过程中良好定位,所述磁架枢转定位结构包括一阻尼齿轮及一设有在所述阻尼齿轮转动时与其轮齿相啮合的齿槽的支撑件,所述阻尼齿轮设于所述磁架,所述支撑件设于所述电脑机壳,所述磁架前端枢接于所述电脑机壳。
相较于现有技术,所述磁架枢转定位结构采用阻尼齿轮的轮齿与支撑件的齿槽相啮合,来实现磁架在枢转时定位,所述磁架枢转定位结构的定位稳定性好。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,一磁架20枢设于一电脑机壳30,本实用新型较佳实施例磁架枢转定位结构可使枢接于所述电脑机壳30的磁架20在转动过程中良好定位,其包括一阻尼齿轮24及一支撑件33,所述阻尼齿轮24装设于所述磁架20,所述支撑件33装设于所述电脑机壳30。
所述电脑机壳30包括一前壁31及一侧壁32;所述前壁31设有一上端敞开用于装置所述磁架20的开口312;所述开口312的侧部向后延伸形成一折片314,所述折片314设有一枢孔3142;所述开口312的另一侧部向前延伸形成一折片316,所述折片316设有一螺孔3162;所述开口312的底部向内延伸形成一折边313,所述折边313设有一缺口3132;所述前壁31在所述开口右侧设有一对开孔318及一缺口319。
一磁碟机10装设于所述磁架20中,所述磁碟机10两侧各设有一对安装柱12。
所述阻尼齿轮24设有若干轮齿241,所述阻尼齿轮24两侧各设有一开孔242;所述支撑件33设有一弧形面331及一固定板332,所述弧形面331设有若干齿槽3311,所述齿槽3311在所述阻尼齿轮24转动时与所述阻尼齿轮24的轮齿241相啮合,所述固定板332设有一对安装孔3324及一与所述电脑机壳30的缺口319相对应的卡扣部3322。
请参阅图1及图2,所述磁架20包括一对侧板21、22及一底板23;所述侧板21、22分别设有一对装设所述磁碟机10的安装柱12的滑槽212、222,所述滑槽212、222均呈“L”形;所述侧板21前端延伸形成一片体216,所述片体216设有一与所述电脑机壳30的折片316的螺孔3162相对应的通孔2162,所述通孔2162大于所述螺孔3162;在所述片体216前端设有一向外延伸的挡片2164;所述侧板21向下延伸形成一安装片214,所述安装片214设有一对与所述阻尼齿轮24的开孔242相对应的安装孔2142;所述侧板21的上端向外延伸形成一挡片213;所述侧板22前端延伸形成一折片224,所述折片224向外凸设一用于枢接所述电脑机壳30的折片314的枢孔3142的凸柱2242;所述底板23前端设有一向下延伸与所述电脑机壳30的缺口3132相对应的挡片232。
请参阅图1及图5,组装时,先将所述支撑件33的固定板332的卡扣部3322卡合于所述前壁31的缺口319,将所述固定板332的安装孔3324与所述前壁31的开孔318对应,通过一对螺丝46将它们锁固在一起;再将所述阻尼齿轮24的开孔242与所述磁架20的安装片214的安装孔2142对应,通过一对螺丝42将所述阻尼齿轮214固定于所述磁架20;然后将所述磁碟机10两侧的安装柱12安装于所述磁架的滑槽212、222中;将所述磁架20的后端向上抬起,使所述磁架20的折片224的凸柱2242与所述前壁31的折片314的枢孔3142相枢接,并使所述磁架20的片体216的通孔2162与所述前壁31的折片316的螺孔3162对应,一螺丝44穿过所述通孔2162与所述螺孔3162锁固在一起;然后将所述阻尼齿轮24的轮齿241与所述支撑件33的上端齿槽3311相啮合,向下推动所述磁架20,所述阻尼齿轮24由于受到外力其轮齿241与所述支撑件33的下一个齿槽3311相啮合,直到所述磁架20的侧板21的挡片213与所述电脑机壳30的侧壁32的上端相抵,此时,所述磁架20的底板23处于水平方向,如图4及图5所示。
当电脑需要进行检修时,无须将整个磁架20取下,仅将所述磁架20相对所述电脑机壳30转动在适当的位置,此时,由于无力施加在所述阻尼齿轮24上,所述阻尼齿轮24的轮齿241定位于所述支撑件33的齿槽3311,而使所述磁架20在相应的位置定位,如图3所示,方便操作人员检修电脑。

Claims (10)

1.一种磁架枢转定位结构,用于使一电脑机壳中的磁架在转动过程中良好定位,其特征在于:所述磁架枢转定位结构包括一阻尼齿轮及一设有若干在所述阻尼齿轮转动时与其轮齿相啮合的齿槽的支撑件,所述阻尼齿轮设于所述磁架,所述支撑件设于所述电脑机壳,所述磁架前端枢接于所述电脑机壳。
2.如权利要求1所述的磁架枢转定位结构,其特征在于:所述磁架前端设有一凸柱,所述电脑机壳设有一对应枢接所述凸柱的枢孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的磁架枢转定位结构,其特征在于:所述电脑机壳的一前壁设有一用于装置所述磁架的开口,所述开口一侧部向后延伸形成一折片,所述枢孔设于所述折片,所述磁架包括一对侧板,所述凸柱设于其中一侧板。
4.如权利要求3所述的磁架枢转定位结构,其特征在于:所述磁架的另一侧板向前延伸形成一片体,所述片体设有一通孔,所述电脑机壳的前壁设有一对应的螺孔,所述通孔大于所述螺孔,一螺丝通过所述通孔与所述螺孔锁固在一起。
5.如权利要求3所述的磁架枢转定位结构,其特征在于:所述磁架的另一侧板向下延伸形成一安装片,所述阻尼齿轮固定于所述安装片上。
6.如权利要求3所述的磁架枢转定位结构,其特征在于:所述电脑机壳设有一侧壁,所述磁架的另一侧板上端向外延伸形成一可支撑在所述侧壁上端的挡片。
7.如权利要求3所述的磁架枢转定位结构,其特征在于:所述开口为一上端敞开的开口。
8.如权利要求1所述的磁架枢转定位结构,其特征在于:所述支撑件设有一固定板,所述固定板固定于所述电脑机壳。
9.如权利要求8所述的磁架枢转定位结构,其特征在于:所述固定板设有一卡扣部,所述电脑机壳设有一可使所述卡扣部卡扣的缺口。
10.如权利要求1所述的磁架枢转定位结构,其特征在于:所述支撑件设有一弧形面,所述弧形面设有所述若干齿槽。
