本实用新型属于一种立式汽-水换热器,特别是一种改进的立式汽-水换热器结构。
背景技术
立式汽-水换热器是我们常用的一种冷热交换的类型,在运行中经常在其上部紧靠管板处发生破坏,影响正常运行。通过分析发现是由于在此区域内存在一定的不凝气体,其不参与换热又不流通还占据此空间,使可凝气体无法进入此空间,因而造成换热管长期局部过热。换热管在此工况下运行抗破坏能力下降,因此经常发生破坏而影响正常生产。虽然在结构设计时将上部加了排气口,但在生产现场通常是加上阀门后不能做到定期排放,起不到应有的作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的为了解决上述问题,提供一种改进的立式汽-水换热器结构,使壳体内的不凝气体排走,使上部换热管得到保护,提高换热管寿命。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括管箱、壳程壳体、管板、换热管和定距管,其特征是:在靠近上部管板处设置有排气口,排气口内或外连接导气管。
上述的排气口内连接导气管,其导汽管的出口位于疏水管内。
本实用新型的优点是:使壳体内的不凝气体排走,使上部换热管得到保护,提高换热管寿命。

具体实施方式
见图1,实施例1具体结构如下:壳体4设置壳程进口11和疏水管2,上下端组装管箱1,由管箱1与壳体4组成一个的换热器本体。在壳体4内部组装的换热管6穿过折流板5。定距管7固定折流板5。改进的要点是:在靠近上部管板处的不凝气富集区10(局部过热区)设置有排气口9,排气口9引出壳体外的部分连接向下延伸的导气管8,导气管8上设置调节阀3。实施方法:将排气口9关闭,根据虹吸及内部压差原理,利用换热器壳程上、下部压差将不凝气体富集区10内的不凝结气体从导气管8出口排出。防止了换热器上部局部过热,提高了换热管使用寿命。
见图2,实施例2具体结构如下:在靠近上部管板处的不凝气富集区10(局部过热区)设置有排气口9,并在排气口9内设置导气管8,导气管8在壳体4内引至下部的疏水管2内,其它同实施例1。这样,不凝气体富集区10内的不凝结气体在壳程内通过导气管8送入疏水管2,这样不凝气体就从壳体4中排出设备外。

1、一种改进的立式汽-水换热器结构,它包括管箱、壳程壳体、管板、换热管和定距管,其特征是:在靠近上部管板处设置有排气口,排气口内或外连接导气管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的改进的立式汽-水换热器结构,其特征是:排气口内连接导气管,其导汽管的出口位于疏水管内。
