Abstract

一种人造石板材成型机，包括底板、立柱、可沿立柱上下运行的压板以及连在压板上面并且受液压系统控制的油缸。压板和底板之间有两个至三百个可单独振动的振动器组成的阵列，上有压簧，下有振动锤。本实用新型克服了已有技术只能制造1平方米以下人造大理石的缺陷，可快速制造2－8平方米，大面积的人造石板材，包括人造石英石板材。

本实用新型在国际专利分类表中，属于人造石成型小类即B28D，也与人造石有关，即C04B，特别涉及大面积人造大理石板材、人造石英石板材的成型设备。
技术背景
已有的人造大理石板材成型机，包括底板、立柱、压板及压板上面受液压系统控制的油缸，振动器位于底板的下面。底板和压板之间为人造大理石干粉料。工作时边振动、边压实。这种成型机只能生产1平方米以下的人造大理石板材。申请人通过中国专利信息网检索，未能检出与本发明创造有相同目的、效果的类似技术方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种人造石板材成型机，它能成型较大面积的人造石板材，包括人造大理石、人造石英石板材。
公开新的技术方案如下：
一种人造石板材成型机，包括底板、垂直固定在底板上的立柱、可沿立柱上下运动的压板和连在压板上面并且受液压系统控制的油缸，还有振动器，两个至三百个可单独振动的振动器组成的阵列，各自与压板的下面相连，振动器与压板之间有各自的压簧；振动器的下部固定有各自的振动锤。
按照上述方案制成的成型机，可以成型2-8平方米的大面积人造大理石、人造石英石板材。

具体实施方式
一种人造石板材成型机，包括底板6、垂直固定在底板6上的立柱7、可沿立柱7上下运动的压板2和连在压板2上面并且受液压系统控制的油缸1，还有振动器4，两个至三百个可单独振动的振动器4组成的阵列，各自与压板2的下面相连，振动器4与压板2之间有各自的压簧3；振动器4的下部固定有各自的振动锤5。
所说的振动器(4)，包括气动振动器或振动电机。
所说的振动器(4)为工作频率在800-1500r/min的振动器。

Claims (3)

1、一种人造石板材成型机，包括底板(6)、垂直固定在底板(6)上的立柱(7)、可沿立柱(7)上下运动的压板(2)和连在压板(2)上面并且受液压系统控制的油缸(1)，还有振动器(4)，其特征是：两个至三百个可单独振动的振动器(4)组成的阵列，各自与压板(2)的下面相连，振动器(4)与压板(2)之间有各自的压簧(3)；振动器(4)的下部固定有各自的振动锤(5)。
2、如权利要求1所述的人造石板材成型机，其特征是所说的振动器(4)，包括气动振动器或振动电机。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的人造石板材成型机，其特征是所说的振动器(4)为工作频率在800-1500r/min的振动器。
