本实用新型卷绕型锂电池电芯属于电池领域,特别是涉及一种采用卷绕型结构锂电芯的改进技术。
背景技术
目前,卷绕型锂电池电芯结构包括有隔膜、正负极片及一对极耳,采用每片极片头尾各焊接一条极耳,卷绕型电池极片每片只用一条极耳,造成电池内阻高,大电流放电温度高,平台低,特别是在大电流放电时,放电温度高,电池安全性受到影响,容易造成电池着火,给用户带来很大危害。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处而提供一种电芯内阻小,大电流放电温度低,放电平台高的卷绕型锂电池电芯。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的,包括有隔膜,正负极片和极耳组成,隔膜位于正负极片间,在正负极片上各焊接有一个以上的极耳,在正极片上间隔焊接有一个以上的极耳,在负极片上间隔焊接有一个以上的极耳,由于在正负极片上各焊接有一个以上的极耳,造成电池内阻小,大电流放电温度降低,放电平台高。
本实用新型的卷绕型锂电池电芯每片正负极片的头和尾两端都焊接有一个极耳,电芯卷绕成型后有两对重叠的极耳。隔膜位于正负极片间,每片正负极片头尾都焊接有极耳,正负极片及隔膜由专用的卷芯夹具向同一方向逐层卷绕,且保持正负极片、隔膜中心始终对齐,张紧力度一致,卷绕成型后电芯将有两对极耳引出,两条正极耳相互重叠并和外引极耳焊在一起,两条负极耳相互重叠并和外引极耳焊在一起,引出一对极耳导出包装壳之外。
本实用新型的卷绕型锂电池电芯每片正负极片的头和尾两端都焊接有一个极耳。
本实用新型结构简单,成型后的电芯内阻小,大电流放电温度低,放电平台高。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如附图1、附图2、附图3所示,本实用新型的卷绕型锂电池电芯是由隔膜6,正极片5,负极片7和极耳组成,隔膜位于正负极片间,在正极片5的头端焊接有一个极耳1,在正极片5的尾端焊接有一个极耳3,在负极片7的头端焊接有一个极耳2,在负极片7的尾端焊接有一个极耳4,每片正负极片头尾都焊接有极耳,正负极片及隔膜由专用的卷芯夹具向同一方向逐层卷绕,且保持正负极片、隔膜宽度方向的中心始终对齐,张紧力度一致,卷绕成型后电芯将有两对极耳引出,2条正极耳相互重叠并和外引极耳焊在一起,2条负极耳相互重叠并和外引极耳焊在一起,引出一对极耳导出包装壳之外。
如附图4所示,本实用新型电芯卷绕成型后有两对重叠的极耳1和极耳3、极耳2和极耳4,两条正极耳1、3相互重叠并和外引极耳8焊在一起,两条负极耳2、4相互重叠并和外引极耳9焊在一起,引出一对极耳导出包装壳之外。

Claims (3)

1、一种卷绕型锂电池电芯,包括有隔膜、正负极片及极耳组成,隔膜位于正负极片间,其特征是在正负极片上各焊接有一个以上的极耳,在正极片上间隔焊接有一个以上的极耳,在负极片上间隔焊接有一个以上的极耳。
2、根据权利要求1所述的卷绕型锂电池电芯,其特征是每片正负极片的头和尾两端都焊接有一个极耳,电芯卷绕成型后有两对重叠的极耳。
3、根据权利要求2所述的卷绕型锂电池电芯,其特征是两条正极耳相互重叠并和外引极耳焊在一起,两条负极耳相互重叠并和外引极耳焊在一起。
