本实用新型涉及一种高压气隙屏蔽处理的电缆终端。包括有外绝缘由硅橡胶注射成型的伞裙、出线杆、半导电屏蔽层、高压屏蔽罩、高压屏蔽端、内嵌金属套、环氧套管、插入金具,伞裙浇注在出线杆和环氧套管上,环氧套管内镶嵌有高压屏蔽端,高压屏蔽端与内嵌金属套连接,内嵌金属套与出线杆的底部连接处有高压屏蔽罩,出线杆与伞裙间有一层半导电屏蔽层,半导电屏蔽层延伸到高压屏蔽端内,内嵌金属套内有插入金具,插入金具跟内嵌金属套通过弹簧螺栓连接。通过以上结构有效的解决了终端的局部放电和电老化,以及传统的插入结构在承受塔杆上电缆自重在长期运行中螺栓的划松问题。

本实用新型涉及一种高压气隙屏蔽处理的电缆终端。
背景技术
绝缘材料在电场中,材料中的杂质、气泡等容易发生局部放电。局部放电会引起绝缘材料的电老化,产生电树枝,随着电老化的发展,会使材料的绝缘性能变差甚至失去绝缘。在电缆附件终端中,要消除电老化,从两个方面考虑:一是材料本身的缺陷,如材料内有杂质、气泡等;二是结构的设计,部件的连接处不可避免的存在空气。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于有效的解决终端的局部放电和电老化,解决传统的插入结构在承受塔杆上电缆自重在长期运行中螺栓的划松问题,提供一种高压气隙屏蔽处理的电缆终端。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种高压气隙屏蔽处理的电缆终端,包括有外绝缘由硅橡胶注射成型的伞裙、出线杆、半导电屏蔽层、高压屏蔽罩、高压屏蔽端、内嵌金属套、环氧套管、插入金具,伞裙浇注在出线杆和环氧套管上,环氧套管内镶嵌有高压屏蔽端,高压屏蔽端与内嵌金属套连接,内嵌金属套与出线杆的底部连接处有高压屏蔽罩,出线杆与伞裙间有一层半导电屏蔽层,半导电屏蔽层延伸到高压屏蔽端内,内嵌金属套内有插入金具,插入金具跟内嵌金属套通过弹簧螺栓连接。
本实用新型与现有技术比较,具有以下优点:一,高电压部件之间的连接处被有效的屏蔽,连接处气隙处于低场强区域,消除了局部放电。使产品的抗电老化性能大大提高。二,插入金具采用插入锁死的结构,此结构机械性能优异。不会因螺栓的松动而导致电缆脱落。三,硅橡胶伞裙跟环氧套管、出线杆浇注成一体,跟将伞裙套入环氧套管、出线杆的结构相比较,界面性能好,提高了界面的抗爬电性能。

具体实施方式:
参见附图1所示,本实施例包括外绝缘由硅橡胶注射成型的伞裙1、出线杆2、半导电屏蔽层3、高压屏蔽罩4、高压屏蔽端5、内嵌金属套6、环氧套管7、插入金具8,伞裙1浇注在出线杆2和环氧套管7上,环氧套管7内镶嵌有高压屏蔽端5,高压屏蔽端5与内嵌金属套6连接,内嵌金属套6与出线杆2的底部连接处有高压屏蔽罩4,出线杆2与伞裙间有一层半导电屏蔽层3,半导电屏蔽层3延伸到高压屏蔽端5内,内嵌金属套6内有插入金具8,插入金具8跟内嵌金属套6通过弹簧螺栓连接,为插入后自动锁死的结构。所述伞裙1采用大小伞裙结构,出线杆2处伞裙为筒状,环氧套管7处伞裙采用锥状,既节省材料,有保证了性能,形式美观、新颖。出线杆2气隙进行了屏蔽处理,降低了局部放电;插入金具8的连接结构,保证了通流能力及承受很大的拉力。
在工厂生产时,将出线杆2跟内嵌金属套6用螺栓连接好,之后将高压屏蔽罩4从出线杆2套入,并用螺栓将高压屏蔽罩4固定在内嵌金属套6上,将出现杆2表面清洁晾干后,把半导体屏蔽层3套入出线杆2,然后,放入到模具内浇注硅橡胶伞裙1。产品在现场安装时,将压接好的电缆插入到插入金具8,电缆线芯被锁死,实现连接。

1、一种高压气隙屏蔽处理的电缆终端,包括有外绝缘由硅橡胶注射成型的伞裙(1)、出线杆(2)、半导电屏蔽层(3)、高压屏蔽罩(4)、高压屏蔽端(5)、内嵌金属套(6)、环氧套管(7)、插入金具(8),其特征在于:伞裙(1)浇注在出线杆(2)和环氧套管(7)上,环氧套管(7)内镶嵌有高压屏蔽端(5),高压屏蔽端(5)与内嵌金属套(6)连接,内嵌金属套(6)与出线杆(2)的底部连接处有高压屏蔽罩(4),出线杆(2)与伞裙间有一层半导电屏蔽层(3),半导电屏蔽层(3)延伸到高压屏蔽端(5)内,内嵌金属套(6)内有插入金具(8),插入金具(8)跟内嵌金属套(6)通过弹簧螺栓连接。
