本实用新型提出一种轿车前排座椅支架，由前支架、后支架、中支架和下横梁四部分组成，前支架和后支架焊接在下横梁的一端的两边，中支架焊接在下横梁的另一端，形成“工”字形结构。该“工”字形结构的轿车前排座椅支架焊接于前地板上可以提高前地板强度，同时，侧碰撞时由于“工”字形结构两边接触面积大，碰撞时可以承受主要受力，而中间的横梁具有较大的截面结构，在碰撞变形中能有效传递受力，可提高车身整体刚度，降低因碰撞造成的破坏，提高车身安全性。

背景技术
一般轿车前排座椅支架结构比较简单，只是简单的直线型横向布置结构，作用仅限于安装座椅，侧碰撞时没起太大作用，不能保证车身骨架强度，易造成车身破坏，降低了车身安全性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有轿车前排座椅支架在结构上存在的不足，提出一种“工”字形结构的轿车前排座椅支架，提高前地板强度，并在侧碰撞时有效传递受力，使车身安全得到更好保证。
本实用新型提出的轿车前排座椅支架为“工”字形结构，由前支架、后支架、中支架和下横梁四部分组成，前支架和后支架焊接在下横梁的一端的两边，中支架焊接在下横梁的另一端，形成“工”字形结构。
可见，该“工”字形结构的轿车前排座椅支架焊接于前地板上可以提高前地板强度；同时，侧碰撞时由于“工”字形结构两边接触面积大，碰撞时可以承受主要受力，而中间的横梁具有较大的截面结构，在碰撞变形中能有效传递受力，大大提高车身整体刚度，降低因碰撞造成的破坏，提高车身侧碰的安全性。

参见图1，轿车前排座椅支架由前支架1、后支架2、中支架3和下横梁4共四部分组成，以下横梁4为主干，前支架1和后支架2焊接在下横梁4的一端的两边，中支架3焊接在下横梁4的另一端，形成“工”字形结构，前排座椅的四个安装连接点分别在前支架1和后支架2和中支架3上。
