本实用新型涉及阀门类技术领域,具体的说是一种减少阀门力矩的装置。
[技术背景]
普通闸阀的阀杆轴向定位装置采用凸台滑动定位,而滑动摩擦阻力大,扭力也大。阀杆与阀板连接是螺纹连接,传输动力靠螺纹接触面间的摩擦传递动力,是一种滑动摩擦力,操作扭力大,操作者极其费力。
[发明内容]
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,为减小摩擦阻力,降低操作扭力,而提供的一种减少阀门力矩的装置。
为实现上述目的,设计一种减少阀门力矩的装置,包括上阀盖、下阀盖、阀杆、轴向定位装置,在与阀杆相连的下阀盖内顶部安装一个贯穿阀杆的止推轴承。所述的止推轴承安装在下阀盖的轴向定位槽内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型在阀杆上部,上阀盖顶部内安装的止推轴承,承受轴向载荷,减小摩擦阻力,降低操作扭力。

实施例:
普通闸阀的阀杆轴向定位装置采用凸台滑动定位,而滑动摩擦阻力大,扭力大。阀杆与阀板连接是螺纹连接,传输动力靠螺纹接触面间的摩擦传递动力,是一种滑动摩擦力,操作扭力大,操作者极其费力。
现在,在与阀杆上部接触的下阀盖内顶部设置一个轴向定位槽,轴向定位槽内安装一个止推轴承,止推轴承贯穿阀杆,由于阀门在操作过程中承受传输扭力较大,另外阀门的流体有一定向上的压力使得螺纹接触面摩擦力更大。安装的止推轴承,可承受轴向载荷,以减小摩擦阻力,降低操作扭力。
