本实用新型涉及喷墨打印机的一种分体式墨盒。
背景技术
现有的一些墨盒，墨盒被规定为只能使用一次，其结构使得它无法添加墨水，也无法继续使用。使用完后墨盒被丢弃，其中的塑料件和残留墨水不能被自然降解；而用户必需购置新墨盒才能使打印机正常使用。这种方式既对环境产生污染，又增加用户的打印费用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种分体式墨盒，以克服喷墨墨盒成本高，用户打印费用大的缺点，同时又能减轻环境污染的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种分体式墨盒，包括：墨水容器、供墨口、墨架、第一接合部分、第二接合部分和支撑构件，其特征在于：墨水容器和墨架分别是独立制件，它们通过装配方式可拆卸地连接在一起；墨水容器有储墨腔、第二接合部分和支撑构件，底部有用于将容纳在墨水容器内的墨水供给喷墨头的供墨口，墨架上有第一接合部分。
墨架上第一侧有第一接合部分。
墨水容器与墨架第一侧相对的第二侧有弹性地支撑所述第二接合部分的支撑构件。墨水容器与支撑构件通过装配方式组装。墨水容器有供墨腔和储墨腔，它们之间通过毛细槽连接；供墨腔底部是供墨口，供墨腔内部有细长纤维束，该纤维束直接与喷墨头接触。
墨水容器也可以是墨囊，在墨囊内部有控制墨水流动的压力阀机构。
本实用新型的有益效果是：能降低用户打印费用，并且有利于保护环境，同时结构简单，安装方便。

图1显示一种分体式墨盒，包括：墨水容器3、供墨口4、墨架12、第一接合部分11、第二接合部分8和支撑构件7，其特征在于：墨水容器3和墨架12分别是独立制件，它们通过装配方式可拆卸地连接在一起；墨水容器3有储墨腔13、第二接合部分8和支撑构件7，底部有供墨口4，用于将容纳在墨水容器内的墨水供给喷墨头；墨架上12有第一接合部分11。墨架上第一侧9有第一接合部分11。墨水容器3与墨架12第一侧9相对的第二侧6有弹性地支撑所述第二接合部分8的支撑构件7。墨水容器3与支撑构件7通过装配方式组装。墨水容器3有供墨腔14和储墨腔13，它们之间通过毛细槽连接；供墨腔14底部是供墨口4，供墨腔内部有细长纤维束2，该纤维束直接与喷墨头接触。
墨水容器3顶部有一分体式上盖1。
墨水容器也可以是墨囊，在墨囊内部有控制墨水流动的压力阀机构。

1.一种分体式墨盒，包括：墨水容器、供墨口、墨架、第一接合部分、第二接合部分和支撑构件，其特征在于：墨水容器和墨架分别是独立制件，它们通过装配方式可拆卸地连接在一起，墨水容器有储墨腔、第二接合部分和支撑构件，底部有用于将容纳在墨水容器内的墨水供给喷墨头的供墨口，墨架上有第一接合部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种分体式墨盒，其特征在于：墨水容器顶部有一分体式上盖。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种分体式墨盒，其特征在于：墨架上第一侧有第一接合部分。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种分体式墨盒，其特征在于：墨水容器与墨架第一侧相对的第二侧有弹性地支撑所述第二接合部分的支撑构件。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种分体式墨盒，其特征在于：墨水容器与支撑构件通过装配方式组装。
6.如权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种分体式墨盒，其特征在于：墨水容器有供墨腔和储墨腔，它们之间通过毛细槽连接；供墨腔底部是供墨口，供墨腔内部有细长纤维束，该纤维束直接与喷墨头接触。
7.如权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种分体式墨盒，其特征在于：墨水容器是墨囊，在墨囊内部有控制墨水流动的压力阀机构。
