本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，特别是一种治疗OSAS和鼾症的装置，该装置包括上牙托和下牙托，其特征在于上牙托和下牙托的两端固定相连，且在上牙托和下牙托之间设置有通气孔，通气孔的设置是使上牙托前伸到与下牙托对刃后，使上、下牙托之间保持打开2－3mm距离。本实用新型的特点在于：1.结构简单、成本低。本装置是采用医疗用热塑胶片制成，具有结构简单、制作成本低的特点。2.本装置具有佩戴舒适的特点。由于所用热塑胶片的厚度很小，且具有一定强度，根据患者的上、下牙列取模后，热压、粘接成型，使患者在佩戴时舒适性好，非常适合治疗OSAS和鼾症患者的佩戴，效果明显。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，特别是一种治疗OSAS和鼾症的装置。
背景技术
1984年Meier Ewert首次将口腔矫治器(Dental Appliances，DA)用于治疗OSAS(阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征简称OSAS)。截止到1997年国外已有上万名OSAS患者接受口腔矫治器治疗。国内北京大学口腔医学院正畸科学者1996年首次报告了应用口腔矫治器治疗OSAS并取得成功。目前口腔矫治器以仅次于呼吸内科的疗效和独具的特点，适宜作为首选的普及疗法。口腔矫治器是治疗OSAS的重要手段之一，有效率达61％-80％。与持续正压通气(CPAP)和悬雍重腭咽成形术(UPPP)并列构成治疗该疾患的3种主要方法中的一种。目前在治疗OSAS(阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征简称OSAS)和鼾症方面所采用的装置由于患者在佩戴时不舒适，而很难推广使用。如中国知识产权局2001年2月14日授权公开的名为《可调试口腔止鼾器》的实用新型专利，专利申请号为00217385.9，该专利公开了一种治疗鼾症和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的可调式口腔止鼾器，它可将上下领两个塑料基托通过牙弓两侧的可调式不锈钢螺杆相连接，经螺杆中央孔转动螺丝即可改变整个螺杆的长度，渐进地调整下颌前伸距离，从而可最大限度地发挥可调式口腔止鼾器的疗效；又使患者夜间戴入后仍能作适量的下领开闭口及侧方运动，以致安然入睡。但该装置患者佩戴后舒适性差。
发明内容
本实用新型针对以上已有技术存在的不足，提供一种佩戴舒适，可有效治疗OSAS和鼾症的装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种治疗OSAS和鼾症的装置，包括上牙托和下牙托，其特征在于上牙托和下牙托的两端固定相连，且在上牙托和下牙托之间设置有通气孔，通气孔的设置是使上牙托前伸到与下牙托对刃后，使上、下牙托之间保持打开2-3mm距离。
上述上牙托与上牙列相吻合，下牙托与下牙列相吻合。
本实用新型的特点在于：1.装置的结构简单、制作成本低。本装置是采用医疗用热塑胶片制成，具有结构简单、制作成本低的特点。2.本装置具有佩戴舒适的特点。由于所用热塑胶片的厚度很小，且具有一定强度，根据患者的上、下牙列取摸后，热压、粘接成型，使患者在佩戴时舒适性好，非常适合治疗OSAS和鼾症患者的佩戴，效果明显。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，根据患者的情况制取上、下颌印模，灌制石膏模型，并修整模型后，将3mm厚的透明塑胶片置于修整好的上、下颌石膏模型上，用加压成型机加热、加压制作出上牙托1和下牙托2，使上牙托1和下牙托2保持上牙托前伸到对刃后，上牙托打开2-3mm，在上、下牙托两端的相对咬合面通过粘接剂4进行固定，使上、下牙托之间有2-3mm距离的通气孔3。通气孔左右的距离根据患者的情况确定，一般在10-30mm之间。

1.一种治疗OSAS和鼾症的装置，包括上牙托和下牙托，其特征在于上牙托(1)和下牙托(2)的两端固定相连，在上牙托和下牙托之间设置有通气孔(3)，通气孔(3)的设置是使上牙托前伸到与下牙托对刃
后，使上、下牙托之间保持打开2-3mm距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗OSAS和鼾症的装置，其特征在于上述上牙托(1)与上牙列相吻合，下牙托(2)与下牙列相吻合。
