本实用新型属于小型风力发电机技术领域,一种风力发电机的风轮桨叶,形状如同传统机翼翼型,外壳(1)呈中空状,外壳(1)上有空气腔(2)、进气口(3)、排气嘴(4)。旋转时,风轮桨叶中的空气受桨叶旋转的离心力作用,将外界空气从进气口吸入空气腔并压缩,桨叶尖端排气嘴出气速度高。桨叶尖端排气嘴高速喷气的反作用力与桨叶旋转方向成切线状,桨叶旋转的角速度将大大加快,风力发电机起动风速将有效地的降低,从而实现了微风即可发电的风力发电机,增大风能的利用程度。

一种风力发电机的风轮桨叶
                  技术领域
本实用新型属于小型风力发电机技术领域,具体地说是一种风力发电机新型风轮桨叶。
                  背景技术
风能可再生、无污染、用之不尽、取之不竭的新能源,可称之为“绿色能源”。风能资源在我国的分布情况可分为资源丰富区、较丰富区、可利用区和贫乏区。丰富地区占全国士地面积8%,较丰富地区18%。而可利用和贫乏区占74%。其平均风速在3.5m/s~3m/s以下。<2000小时/年。风力发电技术十分困难。为了使我国的广大地区都能用上风力发电技术,降低风轮起动风速和发电机超压发电风速(或称微风发电技术)是十分必要的。
风力发电技术自从采用了航空机翼之后,风力发电机的性能已有了很大的提高。但翼型风叶阻力减小,升力增加,若风速小于3m/s难以起动。因此本实用新型为了克服上述翼型风叶的不足,在现有航空机翼的基础上提出了新的风轮桨叶结构方案。
                  发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种风力发电机的风轮桨叶,实现了微风下即可转动,带动风力发电机进行发电。
一种风力发电机的风轮桨叶,形状如同传统机翼翼型,其特征在于:外壳(1)呈中空状,外壳(1)上有空气腔(2)、进气口(3)、排气嘴(4)。
排气嘴(4)位于桨叶尖端。
排气嘴(4)位于风轮桨叶尖端沿桨叶旋转的反方向的切线位置。
进气口(3)位于桨叶根部。
本实用新型提供的风轮桨叶以某一角速度旋转时,风轮桨叶中的空气受桨叶旋转的离心力作用,将外界空气从进气口吸入空气腔并压缩。旋转角速度越大,离桨叶根部越远,中空桨叶内的空气受到的压缩力越大,桨叶尖端排气嘴出气速度越高。
桨叶尖端排气嘴高速喷气的反作用力与桨叶旋转方向成切线状,桨叶旋转的角速度将大大加快,风力发电机起动风速将有效地的降低,从而实现了微风即可发电的风力发电机,增大风能的利用程度。

                   具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种风力发电机的风轮桨叶,形状如同传统机翼翼型,外壳(1)呈中空状,外壳(1)上有空气腔(2)、进气口(3)、排气嘴(4)。排气嘴(4)位于桨叶尖端,排气嘴(4)位于风轮桨叶尖端沿桨叶旋转的反方向的切线位置;进气口(3)位于桨叶根部。
桨叶为中空型中间为空气腔2,微风吹来,带动风轮转动,空气由桨叶空气进气口3吸入桨叶空气腔2,由于桨叶旋转的离心力作用,空气从桨叶根部到尖端所产生的离心力越来越强,使桨叶尖端处的排气嘴4的空气气流速度不断升高,作用在桨叶旋转的方向的反作用也越来越大,风轮转动则可从低速起动,渐渐上升,直到某一平衡状态。
本风力发电机风轮设计起动风速为2.5~3m/s,但平均运行风速可在2.5m/s以下,因为自然界的空气流动速度不稳定,平均风速2m/s,阵风则可达3~4m/s,而本实用新型由于借助了桨叶的离心力推动风轮旋转,所以只要有阵风帮助风轮起动,风轮就能在微风中带动发电机发电。
风轮桨叶外壳可以使用的材料包括木质、铁质、铝合金、玻璃钢复合型和全尼龙型材料等,视当地空气中所含的异物性质而定。

1、一种风力发电机的风轮桨叶,其特征在于:外壳(1)呈中空状,外壳(1)上有空气腔(2)、进气口(3)、排气嘴(4)。
2、如权利要求1所述的风力发电机的风轮桨叶,其特征在于:排气嘴(4)位于桨叶尖端。
3、如权利要求1所述的风力发电机的风轮桨叶,其特征在于:排气嘴(4)位于风轮桨叶尖端沿桨叶旋转的反方向的切线位置。
4、如权利要求1所述的风力发电机的风轮桨叶,其特征在于:进气口(3)位于桨叶根部。
