Abstract
本发明涉及氯酚类化合物的氧化去除,具体地说是一种催化湿式氧化法处理氯酚类有机污染物的方法;将盛有有机污染物的废水溶液装入反应釜中,向液相体系中加入催化剂,然后充入纯氧或空气,搅拌条件下氧化去除有机污染物;反应温度为30~300℃,反应压力为0.1~10MPa,其中氧分压为0.1~5.0MPa;所述催化剂是以金属K、Na、Mg、Ca、Ba和/或Al为活性阳离子组分的可溶性盐;所加入的催化剂中阳离子的摩尔浓度为废水中所需去除有机污染物摩尔浓度的0.01~10倍。本发明的优点为:催化活性高,反应条件温和;处理成本低,可工业化前景大;适用范围广;环境友好。The present invention relates to the oxidative removal of chlorophenol compounds, in particular to a method for treating chlorophenol organic pollutants by catalytic wet oxidation method; Add a catalyst into it, then fill it with pure oxygen or air, and oxidize and remove organic pollutants under stirring conditions; the reaction temperature is 30-300°C, the reaction pressure is 0.1-10MPa, and the oxygen partial pressure is 0.1-5.0MPa; the catalyst is Soluble salts with metal K, Na, Mg, Ca, Ba and/or Al as active cationic components; the molar concentration of cationic in the added catalyst is 0.01 to 10 times of the molar concentration of organic pollutants required to be removed in wastewater.
